Objective:Through this topic,objective observation of Bushen-Huoxue decoction combined with salmon calcitonin treatment of osteoporosis thoracolumbar spine new fracture PKP residual pain after the clinical effect,for the future clinical treatment of osteoporosis thoracolumbar spine new fracture PKP residual pain to explore a safe and effective treatment method.Methods:This case was from volunteers who met the inclusion criteria recruited by the Third Department of Orthopedics,the First Affiliated Hospital of Yunnan University of Chinese Medicine and the minimally invasive spine Surgery Department,the Affiliated Hospital of Yunnan University of Chinese Medicine.A clinical trial was conducted on 68 patients with residual pain after PKP of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture.68 patients were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group(salmon calcitonin+Bushen Huoxue decoction)and control group(salmon calcitonin).There were 34 patients in each group.Based on the TCM theory that the liver and kidney are respectively the main tendons and bones,and the deficiency of liver and kidney can easily lead to the inability to nourish the muscles and bones,and calcitonin is the first choice of drugs for osteoporotic new fracture with pain,the combined intervention of traditional Chinese and western medicine is implemented.the control group was treated with calcitonin alone.Before,after and during the follow-up period,the pain visual score(VAS)and low back pain ODI score were recorded and compared.The data were analyzed by SPSS26.0 statistical software,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:1.A total of 68 patients were included in this study,62 cases were completed and 6 cases were lost,with 31 cases in each group,and the sex,age,vertebral fracture segment,VAS score and ODI score of low back pain were comparable between the two groups before treatment.two.The VAS scores of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.There were significant differences between the two groups after 1 day,5 days and 10 days of treatment.The results showed that the treatment of the two methods could reduce the VAS score and effectively relieve the pain of the patients.3.Before and after treatment,the ODI scores of low back pain were compared between the two groups.There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group 1 day after treatment,indicating that the two methods had no significant improvement in the ODI score of low back pain 1 day after treatment,and there were significant differences between the two groups after 5 and 10 days of treatment.4.After treatment,the VAS score and low back pain ODI score were compared between the two groups.One day after treatment,there was no significant difference in VAS score and low back pain ODI score between the two groups.There were significant differences in VAS score and low back pain ODI score between 5 and 10 days after treatment,indicating that Bushen Huoxue decoction combined with salmon calcitonin could significantly improve postoperative residual pain,reduce low back pain ODI score and improve lumbar dysfunction in patients with PKP.5.After treatment,the total effective rate of the control group was 90.32%,while that of the treatment group was 96.78%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It is suggested that Bushen Huoxue decoction combined with salmon calcitonin is superior to salmon calcitonin in the treatment of residual pain after PKP of osteoporotic thoracolumbar fracture.Conclusion:1.Bushen Huoxuet decoction combined with salmon calcitonin can reduce the residual pain of patients with osteoporosis after thoracolumbar fracture PKP;2.Bushen Huoxue decoction combined with salmon calcitonin significantly improved the quality of life of patients with residual pain after PKP of osteoporotic thoracolumbar fracture. |
