Clinical Observation Of Zhuanggu Huayu Decoction Combined With PKP In Treatment Of Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fracture (Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type)

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of strong ossification decoction combined with PKP in the treatment of renal deficiency blood stasis osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture,and to compare the differences between the observation group and the control group,so as to explore the clinical effect of strong ossification decoction combined with PKP in the treatment of OVCF.Methods: Sixty patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type OVCF diagnosed in our hospital from 2022.01 to 2022.12 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with celeoxib capsule for analgesia and alfacalcalcitol soft capsule for anti-osteoporosis after PKP operation.Observation group was additionally given Zhuanggu Huayu decoction orally on the basis of control group.Visual pain simulation(VAS)score,dysfunction index(ODI)score,bone mineral density and total effective rate of the two groups were evaluated after 1 week and 4weeks of treatment and 3 months of follow-up,and analyzed and compared by SPSS23.0 software.Results:All 60 patients completed the study.1.Comparison of preoperative dataThere were no significant differences in age,sex,and age(P>0.05)between the two groups,which were comparable.There were no significant differences in VAS score,ODI score and bone mineral density T value between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.2 VAS score comparisonIn comparison to before therapy,VAS scores were lower 1 week,4 weeks,and 3 months after follow-up.This difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After one week and four weeks of therapy,the observation group’s pain had improved more than the control group’s had(P<0.05),but after three months of treatment,there had been no discernible difference in the two groups’ pain improvement.(P > 0.05).3 ODI score comparisonAfter treatment,the ODI scores of the two groups at 1 week,4 weeks and 3 months were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the ODI scores of the observation group at 1 week,4 weeks and 3 months after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4 Bone densityCompared with before treatment,the difference in bone density between the two groups after 3 months of treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the bone density of both groups increased after treatment,and the improvement of bone density in the observation group after 3 months of treatment was better than that of the control group,indicating that oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine could significantly improve osteoporosis(P<0.01)5 Efficacy evaluationThe observation group’s overall success rate was 93.3% while the control group’s was76.7%.The observation group’s treatment result was statistically significant superior than the control group’s(P < 0.05).ConclusionThe postoperative effect of Zhuang Ossification Decasis decoction combined with PKP in the treatment of OVCF(renal deficiency blood stasis)is remarkable,which can significantly improve the back pain,spinal mobility function and bone density level of patients,and has high safety and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
