Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Huoxue Zhuanggu Decoction Combined With PKP In The Treatment Of Primary Osteoporotic Thoracolumbar Fracture (kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Huoxue Zhuanggu Decoction combined with PKP in the treatment of primary osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fracture(kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome),and provide theoretical basis for the inheritance and clinical use of empirical formula.Methods: 66 patients who were hospitalized in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2021 to September 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with PKP,while the observation group was treated with Huoxue Zhuanggu Decoction.Both groups were given oral calcium carbonate D3 granules.Statistical analysis of VAS,ODI and TCM syndrome quantitative scores before treatment,the first week after treatment and the second week after treatment in each group,and analysis and evaluation of the efficacy of the two groups of treatment programs.Results: 1.There was no significant difference in gender,age and course of disease between the two groups before treatment(p>0.05),which was comparable.Before treatment,the VAS score,ODI score and TCM syndrome quantification score of the two groups were compared,and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(p>0.05),which was comparable.2.Intra-group comparison: After 2 weeks of treatment,the VAS score,ODI score and TCM syndrome quantification score of patients in the group were significantly different from those before treatment(p<0.05),indicating that both groups had clinical efficacy.3.Comparison between groups: The VAS score,ODI score and TCM syndrome quantification score of the two groups were significantly different after 1 and 2 weeks of treatment(p<0.05),and the scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group.Conclusion: Huoxue Zhuanggu Decoction combined with PKP in the treatment of primary osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fracture(kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)has a clinical effect,can significantly reduce the pain of patients,improve the quality of life,promote the rehabilitation of patients,and has clinical application advantages.
