Clinical Study Of Zhike Huatan Decoction Combined With Autohemotherapy On Acute Attack Of Bronchial Asthma Of Phlegm-heat Obstructing Lung Syndrome

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Zhike Huatan Decoction combined with autohemotherapy in the treatment of acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma with phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome,in order to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of bronchial asthma in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods64 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups,32 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Zhike Huatan Decoction combined with autohemotherapy and western medicine.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.After 10 days of treatment,the changes of TCM symptom score,ACT score,lung function（FEV₁%pred,FEV₁/FVC%）,EOS count,CRP count and Ig E count were observed before and after treatment.The clinical efficacy and safety of intervention were evaluated by data analysis.ResultsDuring the treatment,1 case fell off in both groups,and 62 cases were finally completed,31 cases in the treatment group and 31 cases in the control group.There was no significant difference in gender,age and course of disease between the treatment group and the control group（P>0.05）.1.Comparison of efficacy:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.55%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group（77.42%）,and the symptom relief time was less than that of the control group（P<0.01）.2.TCM syndrome score:According to statistical analysis,there was no significant difference in symptom scores and scores between the two groups before treatment（P>0.05）.After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in both groups decreased（P<0.01）,and the improvement of scores in the treatment group was better than that in the control group（P<0.01）.（1）Main symptom score:The main symptom scores and individual scores of the two groups were decreased after treatment（P<0.01）.The treatment group was superior to the control group in the main symptom score and the improvement of asthma,chest tightness,cough and cough yellow phlegm symptoms（P<0.05）.（2）Secondary symptom score:The scores of secondary symptoms in the two groups were lower than those before treatment（P<0.05）.The scores of constipation,abdominal distension and thirst in the treatment group and the control group were lower than those in the control group（P<0.05）.There was no significant difference in the scores of constipation and abdominal distension in the control group before treatment（P>0.05）.The treatment group was better than the control group in improving the single score of thirst（P>0.05）.3.ACT score:There was no significant difference in ACT score between the two groups before treatment（P>0.05）.The ACT score of the two groups increased after treatment,and the ACT score of the treatment group increased,the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.The treatment group was superior to the control group in clinical control and increased ACT score（P<0.05）.4.Auxiliary examination indicators:There was no significant difference in FEV₁%pred,FEV₁/FVC%,EOS count,CRP count and Ig E count between the two groups before treatment（P>0.05）.（1）Pulmonary function:After treatment,the pulmonary function of the two groups was improved,FEV₁%pred and FEV₁/FVC%were higher than before（P<0.01）.The treatment group was better than the control group in increasing FEV₁%pred and FEV₁/FVC%and improving pulmonary function（P<0.05）.（2）laboratory index:The EOS count,CRP count and Ig E count of the two groups decreased after treatment（P<0.05）.The improvement of EOS count,CRP count and Ig E count in the treatment group was better than that in the control group（P<0.05）.5.safety analysis:After the treatment of this study,no adverse events occurred in both groups.ConclusionZhike Huatan Decoction combined with autohemotherapy is effective in the treatment of acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma with phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome.It can significantly relieve clinical symptoms,improve control level,improve pulmonary ventilation function and reduce inflammatory response.The curative effect is better than that of the control group,and the safety is high,no adverse reactions,clinical application advantages are significant.
