Objective:To observe and compare the improvement of TCM symptom scores, inflammatory indexes, sputum culture, pulmonary function and other evaluation indexes in patients with bronchiectasis complicated by infection with phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome by the combination of Zhike No.1 prescription. To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Zhike No.1 prescription in the treatment of bronchiectasis complicated by infection with phlegm-heat obstructing the lung syndrome. Methods:A total of 60 patients who met the standard vertebrae were included in this study, and they were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in the control group and 30 in the experimental group. The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment, while the experimental group was given conventional western medicine treatment combined with oral Zhike No.1 prescription, and the course of treatment was 14 days. The basic data of the patients were recorded, and the TCM symptom scores, inflammatory indexes, sputum culture, lung function and other efficacy evaluation indexes were observed before and after treatment in the two groups, and safety indexes such as liver function, kidney function, and electrocardiogram were monitored.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS software.Results:1.Basic data comparison:60 cases were included,3 cases dropped out during the experiment,2 cases were in the control group, and 1 case was in the experimental group, and the final statistical analysis was 57 cases. There was no statistical difference between the control group and the experimental group in terms of age, gender, course of disease, and BIS score(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.Comparison of curative effects:The total effective rate(96.55%)of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(85.71%),and there was a statistical difference between the two groups of subjects(P<0.05).3.Comparison of TCM symptom scores:(1)Comparison of individual TCM symptom scores, there was no significant difference between the two groups of subjects before treatment(P>0.05),and there was a statistical difference between the two groups of subjects before and after treatment(P<0.05),there was statistical difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).(2)Compared with the total score of TCM symptoms, there was no statistical difference between the control group and the experimental group before treatment(P>0.05),and there was a statistical difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),after treatment, there was a statistical difference between the two groups of subjects(P<0.05).4.Comparison of inflammatory indicators:the number of leukocytes, the percentage of neutrophils, procalcitonin, and C-reactive protein in the two groups before treatment showed no significant difference(P>0.05).The number of leukocytes in the two groups before and after treatment, neutrophil percentage, procalcitonin, and C-reactive protein were compared within the group, and there were statistical differences(P<0.05).After treatment, there were significant differences in the percentage of neutrophils,C-reactive protein, and procalcitonin between the two groups(P<0.05).5.Comparison of sputum culture:32 of 57 patients(56.14%)had positive sputum culture, and Gram-negative bacteria accounted for the majority,of which Pseudomonas aeruginosa accounted for 40.6%.There was no statistical difference(P>0.05),there was a statistical difference in the sputum culture of the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),and there was no statistical difference between the sputum culture group in the control group and the experimental group after treatment(P>0.05).6.Comparison of lung function:before treatment, there was no statistical difference in lung function between the two groups(P>0.05).There was a statistical difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).There was a statistical difference in the pulmonary function between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with conventional western medicine treatment,Zhike No.1 prescription combined with conventional western medicine treatment is more effective in improving the symptoms of Chinese medicine such as cough, sputum volume, hemoptysis, dyspnea, and pulmonary rales. In reducing the percentage of neutrophils,C-reactive protein, procalcitonin and other inflammatory indicators,Zhike No.1 prescription combined with conventional western medicine has better effect. In terms of improving the lung function of patients,Zhike No.1 prescription combined with conventional western medicine is also better than conventional western medicine alone.Compared with conventional western medicine treatment,Zhike No.1 prescription combined with conventional western medicine has no significant advantage in removing pathogenic bacteria. In conclusion, combined use of Zhike No.1 prescription on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment can improve the curative effect of bronchiectasis complicated by infection with phlegm-heat obstructing the lung syndrome, and the clinical safety is good.
