Analysis Of The Medication Rules Of Professor Zhou Yabin In The Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris Combined With Insomnia

Objective:Using data mining technology,we compiled and summarized the medication rules of Professor Zhou Yabin for the treatment of stable angina combined with insomnia,hoping to provide certain ideas and medication guidance for the clinical treatment of this disease in Chinese medicine.Methods:By collecting case data of stable angina combined with insomnia treated by Professor Zhou at the First Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2021,242 case data with complete content meeting the inclusion criteria were finally selected.After extracting the relevant data and standardizing the processing,a database was established,and the TCM inheritance computing platform(TCMISS)V3.0 was applied to the patients’ general data,evidence elements,four diagnostic information,frequency of medication,medicinal properties,medicinal flavors,attribution and efficacy,and association rule analysis as well as cluster analysis were performed.Based on the results obtained,the medication rules of Professor Zhou Yabin for the treatment of stable angina pectoris combined with insomnia was summarized and organized.Results:1.Basic information statistics resultsAmong the 242 patients enrolled,103 were male and 13 9 were female,with a male to female ratio of 1:1.35.The average age was about 59.03 years,and patients aged 50-69 years were the majority,accounting for 68.6%.The distribution of TCM syndromes mainly included:qi deficiency syndrome(39.68%),blood deficiency syndrome(20.24%),Yin deficiency syndrome(14.68%),and blood stasis syndrome(8.33%).There were 90 symptoms,a total of 1514 frequency,and the higher frequencies were insomnia,chest tightness,shortness of breath,chest pain,aggravation after fatigue,palpitations,fatigue,precardiac pain,spontaneous sweating,and dreams.In the frequency distribution of tongue and pulse images,reddish tongue and thin pulse frequency were the highest.2.Drug statistics results151 Chinese herbs were involved in 242 prescriptions,with a total frequency of 5286.The ten most frequently used herbs were prepared glycyrrhiza gly cy rrhiza(4.33%),Pinellia ternata(4.16%),Radix poly genii(3.22%),Fu Shen(3.16%),Lily(3.08%),Bupleurum(3.06%),Scutellaria baicalensis(3.01%),keel(2.97%),Astragalus membranaceus(2.97%)and Poria cocos(2.95%).In the efficacy classification of TCM,tonifying drugs(21.61%),promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis(1 1.87%)and calming nerves(11.36%)ranked the top three.The four gases are mainly cold drugs,warm drugs and flat drugs,accounting for 96.51%.The five tastes were mainly sweet,bitter and spicy,accounting for 8 8.51%.Drugs mainly enter the five zang meridians.A total of 13 1 commonly used drug combinations and 5 core drug combinations were extracted.Conclusions:1.Qi deficiency,blood deficiency,yin deficiency,and blood stasis are the main elements of evidence in Professor Zhou’s treatment of patients with stable angina combined with insomnia.2.Insomnia,chest tightness,shortness of breath,chest pain,aggravation after exertion,palpitations,weakness,vague pain in the precordial region,spontaneous sweating,dreaminess,light(red)tongue,thin(white)coating,and(sunken)pulse are the main clinical symptoms in patients with stable angina combined with insomnia treated by Professor Zhou.3.Professor Zhou Yabin treats stable angina pectoris combined with insomnia with core drugs such as roasted licorice,half ansia,Yuan Zhi,Fu Shen,lily of the valley,Chai Hu,scutellaria,dragon bone,astragalus,poria,oyster,cinnamon,codonopsis,sour date palm,yanhuosuo,rhubarb,salvia,orchid,ascending marijuana,and white peony;the main drug properties are cold,warm,and flat,and the main drug flavors are sweet,bitter,and pungent;the drugs are mostly classified into the five organs and meridians.4.Professor Zhou Yabin treats stable angina pectoris combined with insomnia by tonifying deficiency,calming Yin and Yang as the basic treatment,regulating Qi and taking into account the five organs.He often uses Chai Hu plus Long Bone and Oyster Decoction with addition and subtraction to treat the evidence of biliary heat and qi stagnation in this disease,Banxia Xiexin Decoction with addition and subtraction to treat the evidence of qi deficiency and phlegm heat in this disease,and Yangxin Zhitong Decoction with addition and subtraction to treat the evidence of heart qi deficiency in this disease.
