| Aim:A retrospective study of patients with recurrent angina pectoris treated at Professor Huang Yongsheng ’s Polyclinic was conducted to investigate their medication habits,and statistical analysis was used to draw conclusions to provide a basis for future clinical evaluation and treatment after stenting for coronary artery disease.Methods: The medical records of patients with recurrent angina pectoris treated in the Professor Huang Yongsheng’s outpatient clinic were collected according to established nadir criteria,and the background information,consultations and prescriptions of selected cases were summarized and recorded in an Excel spreadsheet.The TCM Heritage Help platform(V2.5)was used to create the database,and patient background information,symptom frequency,and medication frequency were entered separately to extract the data,in order to extract the four Chi,five tastes,and properties of the drugs used,to analyze the pattern of drug use,to obtain the inter-rater reliability of the drugs,and finally to read the combinations of the main drugs and new preparations.Results: 200 patients who met the inclusion criteria for recurrent angina after PCI were entered into the data mining system,and the results showed a male to female ratio of 1.38:1.The 5 most common clinical symptoms were chest pain,weakness,chest tightness,shortness of breath and heartburn.The 25 most commonly used drugs were,in order:Danshen,Qingpi,Citrus Aurantium,Atractylodes Macrocephalae,Sharen,Radix et Rhizoma,Ziziphus Macrocephalae,Astragalus,Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae,Hirudinia,Cicada,Poria,Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum,Yam,Fructus Lycii,Magnesia,Radix et Rhizoma,Rhizoma Aromaticae,Perillae,Curcuma longa,Radix Rehmanniae Praeparatae.The four qi of the Chinese herbs were analyzed as warm,calm,cold,hot and cool;the Chinese tastes were divided as bitter,pungent,sweet,salty,sour and astringent;and the statistical distribution of the Chinese taste meridians was liver,spleen,stomach,kidney,heart,lungs,gallbladder,heart,bladder,large intestine and three jiao.A total of 61 herbal samples were obtained,which resulted in 9 major herbal remedies,namely Danshen,Qingpi,Radix et Rhizoma,Sharen,Atractylodes Macrocephalae,Citrus Aurantium,Astragalus and Ziziphius sour.This resulted in 4 plant combinations and 2 new medicinal preparations: i)Xian Mao,Angelica sinensis,Zhi Mu,Shan Yao and Lycium barbarum;ii)Zhu Ru,Shi Calamus,Huang Qi and Yu Jin.Summary: The analysis of Professor Huang Yongsheng’s main herbal remedies for this disease shows that Professor Huang Yongshenge’s treatment for this disease places equal emphasis on qi and blood movement and liver and kidney nourishment,reflecting his approach to treating this disease through qi flow regulation,and the analysis shows that most of the herbs are used for qi and blood movement,yin nourishment,tonicity enhancement,and that they are also used for other herbs. |
