ObjectiveThrough the TCM inheritance auxiliary platform system,this study sorts out and summarizes the commonly used and core combinations of traditional Chinese medicine used by Chief Physician Xing Yanwei in the treatment of stable coronary heart disease of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type,explores the core rules of its treatment and medication,and summarizes and inherits its clinical theory and clinical experience.MethodsThis study collected the clinical data of patients who met the diagnostic criteria of stable coronary heart disease(Qi stagnation and blood stasis type)in Guang’anmen Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences from January 2019 to January 2022.The diagnosis and treatment data such as syndrome differentiation,drug composition,and dosage were input into the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform V3.0 and Microsoft Excel2010 software for data sorting and database establishment.The chief physician’s medication and prescription characteristics.According to the characteristics of chief physician Xing Yanwei’s medication and prescription,combined with the daily follow-up and teaching during the postgraduate period,the theoretical achievements and clinical experience of TCM in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were summarized.Results1.General information:This study contains a total of 314 medical records.There are more male patients than female patients in the medical records,including 137 female patients,accounting for 43.63%of the total,and 177 male patients,accounting for 56.37%of the total.2.Frequency statistics:A total of 248 medicines appeared in 314 prescriptions.Among them,Danshen,sandalwood,amomum,and Cyperus cyperus were the most frequently used traditional Chinese medicines,with a frequency of more than 45%.They were the core medicines used by Chief Physician Xing Yanwei in the treatment of this disease.3.Drug efficacy statistics:The tutor used a total of 17 types of drugs with different effects,among which the tonic type was used most frequently,with a total of 960 times,followed by the blood-activating and stasis-removing type,with a total of 820 times,and the qi-regulating type was the third,with a total of 724 times.4.Statistics on meridian distribution of four qi and five flavors:The instructor’s medication involves five kinds of qi,namely cold,hot,warm,cool,and flat.Among them,warm medicines are used most frequently,followed by cold medicines.The Chinese medicine contained in it involves a total of five tastes,namely sour,bitter,sweet,pungent and salty.According to statistics,the drugs used by the instructor are mainly pungent,supplemented by bitter and sweet drugs.According to the statistical results of meridian distribution of medicines,there are 12 meridians involved in the meridians used in traditional Chinese medicine,with the spleen,liver,and stomach being the main meridians,followed by the lung,heart,and kidney meridians.5.Analysis of association rules:The instructor uses Danshen Yin.which promotes qi and blood circulation,as the core prescription,and according to different situations,supplemented with several drug pairs that have the functions of warming yang,nourishing yin.breaking blood,and calming the nerves.6.Cluster analysis:5 core drug combinations were extracted from the cluster analysis results.According to the drug characteristics of the five core combinations,five core prescriptions for the treatment of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type stable coronary heart disease can be extracted.Immediately activate qi,activate blood and warm yangConclusion1.The results of prescription data analysis show that Chief Physician Xing Yanwei’s treatment of stable coronary heart disease of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type focuses on Danshen Decoction for promoting Qi and blood circulation,and has formed five types of prescriptions with different treatment directions.In addition to the core pathogenesis,it takes into account the secondary pathogenesis of warming yang,removing dampness,calming the nerves,and nourishing yin.2.Instructor Xing Yanwei,based on the theory of viscera qi transformation,understands stable coronary heart disease of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type from the dual perspectives of disease course and disease location,pays attention to finely distinguishing the course of the disease,and strictly examines the disease location.Its theory holds that the course of the disease is analyzed from the time level,starting in the liver,spreading to the spleen,and developing in the heart.From the perspective of space,the disease starts in the lower Jiao,spreads to the middle Jiao,and manifests in the upper Jiao.Its treatment method focuses on promoting qi and blood circulation,taking into account the balance of the three energizers,and the harmony of the liver,spleen and heart. |
