Analysis Of Medication Characteristics Of Stable Angina Pectoris Combined With Insomnia Based On Data Mining

Objective:By using data mining methods,analyze the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine in treating stable angina pectoris with insomnia,in order to provide certain reference for clinical treatment of this disease.Methods:This study collected case data of patients who met the diagnostic criteria for stable angina pectoris associated with insomnia in Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2020 to October 2021.Finally,261 medical records meeting the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected.Using the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform V3.0 data mining software,frequency analysis,association rule analysis,and cluster analysis are conducted on patients’ general conditions,four diagnostic information,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome types,and prescription medication,to explore the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine in treating coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris with insomnia.Result:1.Statistical results of basic information:Among the 261 patients enrolled,83 were male patients and 178 were female patients,with a male to female ratio of about 1:2.14;the average age was about 58.61 years,and the age distribution was mostly 50-69 years old,accounting for 70.11%;The frequency of TCM evidence from high to low is qi deficiency evidence,blood stasis evidence,qi stagnation evidence,yin deficiency evidence,phlegm turbidity evidence,yang deficiency evidence,blood deficiency evidence,fiery evidence,cold condensation evidence,among which the number of people with both elements is the majority,with Qi stasis combined with blood stasis,Qi deficiency combined with blood stasis,Qi deficiency combined with Yin deficiency;The highest frequency of symptoms is:insomnia,chest tightness,shortness of breath,fatigue,chest pain,palpitations,dreaminess,irritability,precordium dull pain,spontaneous sweating;The tongue image with thin moss,moss white,dark red tongue,light red tongue,and purple tongue appear more frequently;The frequency of pulse images is high with fine pulses and fine pulses.2.Drug statistical results:The 261 prescriptions included involved 153 drugs,and the top 20 traditional Chinese medicines with the highest frequency of use were licorice,pinellia ternata,bupleurum chinense,scutellaria baicalensis,dragon bone,oyster,cinnamon twig,polygala,white peony,sour jujube kernel,poria god,lily,rhubarb,tuckahoe,codonopsis pilosula,astragalus membranaceus,polygonatum multiflorum,corydalis,licorice pine,and chuanxiong;The four Qi types are mainly cold(36.58),warm(30.63),and flat(29.06);The five flavors are mainly sweet(34.28),bitter(27.87),and spicy(22.81);According to the meridian classification,the top five are lung meridian(17.9%),spleen meridian(16.92%),heart meridian(16.32%),liver meridian(15.24%),and stomach meridian(9.32%);The top eight categories of drug efficacy are:tonifying deficiency,calming nerves,clearing heat,relieving superficies,promoting water and dampness,resolving phlegm,relieving cough,relieving asthma,regulating qi,and promoting blood circulation and resolving stasis.Four core drug combinations were obtained through cluster analysis.Conclusion:1.261 patients with stable angina complicated with insomnia were more women than men,mainly distributed in middle-aged and elderly groups over 50 years old.2.Traditional Chinese medicine evidence of stable angina combined with insomnia is mainly a combination of two elements,with Qi stasis combined with blood stasis,Qi deficiency combined with blood stasis,Qi deficiency combined with Yin deficiency,and single evidence with Qi stagnation and Qi deficiency.3.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of stable angina combined with insomnia medication characteristics,the main medicinal properties are cold,warm and flat,the main medicinal taste is sweet,bitter and hard,the drug is attributed to the meridians of the five internal organs,the commonly used drugs are deficiency medicine,tranquilizing medicine,and the overall medication principle is to support the deficiency,relieve the liver and rationalize the qi,nourish the mind and calm the mind.The core prescription drugs are mainly Chaihujia keel oyster soup.
