Based On The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing Platform To Explore The Diagnosis And Treatment Rules Of Professor Xu Huimei In The Treatment Of Coronary Heart Disease Stable Angina Pectoris Complicated With Insomnia

Objective:The outpatient medical records of Professor Xu Huimei in the treatment of stable angina pectoris with insomnia in recent two years were collected through the traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance and calculation platform v3 0 build a database and conduct calculation and analysis to obtain the data results of Professor Xu Huimei’s prescription.Through the induction and analysis of the data results,we can get Professor Xu Huimei’s clinical ideas and medication experience in the treatment of this disease.Methods:According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,200 outpatient cases of stable angina pectoris complicated with insomnia treated by Professor Xu Huimei from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected.The original data of medical records are standardized and uploaded to the traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance and calculation platform.With the help of its powerful traditional Chinese medicine data analysis function,it makes statistics on the basic information,disease symptoms,syndromes,medication characteristics,commonly used drug combinations and core drug combinations of patients,analyzes the data with K-means clustering algorithm and association rules,and excavates Professor Xu Huimei’s clinical ideas and medication experience in the treatment of the disease.Results:1.Basic patient information Of the cases studied,113(56.5%)and 87(43.5%)were women and men,respectively,and the largest number of people aged 56-65 years was 95(47.5%).2.Patient syndrome statistics There are 68 clinical symptoms in the study cases,the top 10 are: chest tightness,shortness of breath,palpitation,diet can be,poor night sleep,fatigue,two can,chest pain,neck discomfort,upset and irritability,and there are 5 types of clinical evidence,namely qi deficiency and blood stasis(111 cases),qi deficiency blood stasis phlegm(80 cases),sputum occlusion(5 cases),stagnation of the heart(3 cases),liver fire disturbance(1 case).3.Frequency and efficacy statistics A total of 118 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines were used in this study,with a total of3173 frequencies,of which the top 10 use frequencies were Sichuan root,astragalus,chai hu,angelica,raw keel,raw oysters,sour jujube kernels,skullcap,tulip and melon.The efficacy of the drug was the most tonic drug,with a frequency of 731,followed by the solution table and the blood activating Chinese medicine,with 584 and 497 frequencies respectively.4.The four qi and five tastes of Chinese medicine are attributed to the statistics of the classics In this study,the most frequent use of the four qi of Chinese medicines was 1223 times of warm Chinese medicine and 1223 times of cold Chinese medicine,followed by 535 times of flat Chinese medicine,191 times of cool Chinese medicine,and 1 time of hot Chinese medicine;the most frequent use of Chinese medicine was bitter Chinese medicine 1604 times,followed by sweet Chinese medicine 1490 times,spicy Chinese medicine 1200 times,less used salty Chinese medicine 373 times,sour Chinese medicine 242 times;the top four with the highest frequency of using Chinese medicine were liver meridian,lung meridian,heart meridian and spleen meridian,respectively.They were 1643,1523,1365 and 1332,respectively.5.Statistics of medication rules and new prescription mining The number of support degrees of the platform is set to 120 and the confidence degree is 0.9,and 30 association rules and 147 groups of commonly used Chinese medicine combinations are obtained,including 47 groups of two-flavor medicine combination,58 groups of threeflavor medicine combination,33 groups of four-flavor medicine combination,9 groups of five-flavor medicine combination,and 1 group of six-flavor medicine combination.And use the platform cluster analysis function to mine prescriptions,get 6 core prescriptions.Conclusions:1.Professor Xu Huimei’s medication for the treatment of stable angina with coronary heart disease is mainly warm,cold,bitter,sweet and into the liver,lungs,heart and spleen.2.Professor Xu Huimei used the most frequently in the treatment of stable angina with coronary heart disease and insomnia as a tonic Chinese medicine,followed by Chinese medicines such as epidermis,blood activating and stasis,flat liver extinguishing wind extinguishing class,and tranquilizing Chinese medicine.3.Professor Xu Huimei believes that the stable angina of coronary heart disease is mixed with insomnia.Most of the deficiency is qi deficiency,heart pulse loss;it is actually blood stasis,phlegm,qi stagnation,paralysis blocking the chest yang,blocking the heart pulse.And believe that its disease is located in the heart,and the liver,spleen,kidneys are closely related,clinical treatment of the disease needs to take both into account,pay attention to "physical and mental treatment,access to qi and blood".4.Professor Xu Huimei’s treatment of coronary heart disease stable angina combined with insomnia is based on the application of empirical formula,which is composed of Tonic Yang Huan Wu Tang,Chai Hu Jia Keel Oyster Soup and Sour Jujube Kernel Soup,and the drug composition is based on the treatment principle of "replenishing qi,invigorating blood,calming and calming the mind".
