Exploring The Medication Rules Of Professor Zhang Yan In The Diagnosis And Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris In Coronary Heart Disease Based On Data Minin

Purpose: In the cure of stable angina,Professor Zhang’s drug law.Summing up and passing on Professor Zhang Yan’s academic ideology on the remedy for the illness.Material and Method: Collecting the first medical records of patients with coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris treated by Professor Zhang,in the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2021.Enter the patient’s medical record message into an Excel table to create a database,and apply statistical analysis methods such as frequency analysis,Apriori correlation analysis,and cluster analysis to summarize the distribution of basic patient information,symptoms,tongue and pulse,drug properties,taste,meridian and Efficacy classification,sorting out the relationship between traditional Chinese medicines and the clustering of high-frequency drugs,and summarizing the characteristics and academic thoughts of Professor Zhang Yan’s treatment of this disease.Results:1.According to the basic information of 157 patients,it is found that there are more women than men;the most patients are in the age group of 60-69;in terms of CCS classification,the number of patients with class II is up to 63;in terms of past history,the number of patients with hypertension is the largest.The maximum number of patients was 54.In terms of symptoms,chest tightness was the main symptom(66.88%),and the distribution of tongue and pulse was mainly pale tongue,thin white moss and stringed pulse.2.The first diagnosis prescriptions of 157 patients with stable angina were collected,with a total of 109 traditional Chinese medicines.The cumulative use of drugs was 3115 times and each prescription has an average of 19.84 drugs.Among them,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Paeonia alba,Angelica,Poria cocos,Cyperus rotundus,Rhizoma corydalis,Trichosanthes,Magnolia officinalis,Atractylodes macrocephala,Radix puerariae,Pinellia,Astragalus membranaceus,Cassia twig and Fructus aurantii were frequently used.In terms of drug efficacy classification,Professor Zhang Yan’s choice of drugs was mainly tonic(22.05%),followed by blood-activating and stasis-removing drugs(16.18%).In terms of medicinal properties,mainly warm medicinals(36.08%),and medicinal tastes,the top three most frequently used are sweet(32.87%),bitter(29.02%),and pungent(23.35%).The spleen meridian was the most(25.45%).3.Through drug correlation analysis,it can be seen that Professor Zhang Yan’s drug combination for the treatment of stable angina pectoris is Yanhusuo + Cyperus root +Ligusticum chuanxiong → Salvia miltiorrhiza,Cinnamon branch + Astragalus root →Angelica sinensis,Rehmannia glutinosa + Radix pseudostellariae + Salvia miltiorrhiza →Ophiopogon japonicus,Tangerine peel + Poria cocos → Pinellia ternata,Tangerine peel +Fructus aurantii + Ligusticum chuanxiong → Pinellia ternata.4.Three clustering groups were obtained through cluster analysis: Class1: Salvia miltiorrhiza,Ligusticum chuanxiong hort,Radix paeoniae alba,Rhizoma corydalis and Licorice;Class2:Fructus aurantii,Magnolia officinalis,Rhizoma cyperi,Pinellia ternata,Tangerine peel,Poria cocos,Atractylodes macrocephala,Trichosanthes;Class3: Rehmannia glutinosa,Lily,Cortex moutan,Ophiopogon japonicus,Radix pseudostellariae,Schisandra chinensis,Angelica sinensis,Astragalus membranaceus and Cassia twig.Conclusion:1.The core drugs used by Master Zhang in the treatment of stable angina pectoris from coronary heart disease are Salvia miltiorrhiza,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Paeonia alba,Angelica,Poria cocos,Cyperus rotundus.2.In the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,Master Zhang often adopts the methods of "combination of cold and warm","sweet and tonifying,bitterness and drying,pungent and divergenting","harmony of the five internal organs,emphasis on the liver and spleen","dredging and tonifying both" and so on.3.During the cure of stable angina of coronary heart disease,Master Zhang often used qi-tonifying and qi-regulating medicines in combination with blood-promoting and stasis-removing medicines,phlegm-reducing medicines,which reflects the academic thinking of "treating Qi as the key,phlegm and blood stasis in the same tune".4.According to the cluster analysis of Master Zhang’s drugs for treating stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,three cluster prescriptions were obtained,activing blood,promoting qi and relieving pain,harmonizing liver and spleen,removing expectoration and perforating pulses,increasing qi and yin,activing blood and calming nerves.And it can be used flexibly in clinical according to different comorbidities or syndromes.
