Objective:The clinical efficacy,safety and supersensitive C-reactive protein effect of Peiyuan stasis soup combined with Western medicine on patients with stable angina(qi deficiency blood stasis type)were observed,which provided a preliminary clinical basis for the treatment of stable angina with qi deficiency blood stasis coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 118 cases were selected from the Department of Cardiology and Geriatrics of the Third People’s Hospital of Fujian Province from January 2021 to January 2022.And randomized into 59 cases in the experimental group and the control group by random number table method.The control group adopted conventional Western medicine treatment,and the experimental group added Peiyuan stasis soup on the basis of the control group.Both groups of treatment courses were one month,before and after treatment,the patients were scored by TCM symptoms and symptom scores,angina symptoms,and their ECG,hypersensitivity CRP and blood lipid levels were measured before and after treatment,and the safety of the patients’ entire course of treatment was monitored,and the results were statistically analyzed using SPSS 25.0.Results:1.9 cases of shedding,109 cases were actually completed,and 109 cases were included in statistical analysis,including 55 cases in the control group and 54 cases in the experimental group,and the general data of the first two groups of patients treated(sex,age,disease course,underlying disease,etc.),TCM syndrome integral,angina symptom integration,blood lipid level,hs-CRP group comparison had no statistical difference(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.The total effective rate of TCM symptom efficacy(90.74%)in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(74.55%),and the difference in efficiency between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The total number of TCM syndromes in both groups decreased(P<0.05),and the points of shortness of breath,palpitations,tiredness and fatigue,self-sweating,sleeplessness,dull complexion,tongue and pulse in the main and secondary certificates were lower than before(P<0.05),while the points of cold limbs,soft waist and knees,and forgetfulness in the secondary certificates were reduced,but there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the total number of symptoms in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the main and secondary evidences such as chest pain and chest tightness were lower than those of shortness of breath,palpitations,fatigue and fatigue,self-sweating,tongue and pulse image,which were statistically significant(P<0.05);while the syndrome points of sleeplessness,cold limbs,soft waist and knees,dark complexion,and forgetfulness in the secondary evidence of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,but there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).4.The total effective rate of ECG efficacy in the experimental group(74.0%)was greater than that in the control group(56.4%)(P<0.05),suggesting that after the two groups of patients were treated with medication,the efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group.5.The number of episodes,pain degree and duration of angina episodes after treatment decreased statistically significantly(P<0.05)after treatment,and the number of angina attacks,degree and duration of the experimental group were compared with those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).6.Blood hs-CRP decreased in the two groups(P<0.05);after treatment,the blood hs-CRP in the experimental group was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).7.TC,TG and LDL-C decreased in both groups,and HDL-C increased(P<0.05);after treatment,TC and LDL-C were lower and the difference was significant(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the experimental group had lower TG and higher HDL-C,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).8.Safety evaluation: After 4 weeks of treatment,there was no statistical difference between blood routine,urine routine,fecal routine + occult blood test,coagulation function,liver and kidney function of the two groups compared with before treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Peiyuan stasis decoction has a remarkable effect on the treatment of stable angina(qi deficiency blood stasis type),and at the same time,there are no obvious toxic side effects.2.Combined with Peiyuan stasis soup therapy can better improve the clinical efficacy,improve the clinical symptoms,traditional Chinese medicine symptoms and electrocardiogram of patients with stable angina of qi deficiency and blood stasis.At the same time,it can improve the patient’s TC and LDL-C levels and reduce the hs-CPR level,suggesting that Peiyuan stasis soup may have the effect of reducing the level of inflammatory factors and regulating blood lipid metabolism. |
