| ObjectiveTo objective Evaluation of Clinical efficacy and Safety of Shen Qi Fu Mai Decoction combined with Western Medicine in treating stable angina pectoris of Qi deficiency and Blood stasis Type. And to understand the effect of Shenqi Fumai Decoction on interfering with lipid metabolism, plaque inflammation and protecting vascular endothelial cells by observing its effect on blood lipid,C-reactive protein and homocysteine. It provides a clinical basis for the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with qi deficiency and blood stasis type by using Shen qi Fu mai Decoction.Methods62 inpatients and outpatients with stable angina pectoris were selected from the emergency department of the affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of traditional Chinese Medicine, who met the criteria of syndrome differentiation of qi deficiency and blood stasis in the Traditional Chinese Medicine and diagnosis of stable angina pectoris by western medicine.According to the random number table method, patients were randomly divided into integrated Chinese and western medicine group and control group. The two groups were treated with basic treatment of western medicine, and the group of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine added oral Shen Qi Fu Mai Decoction, the observation course of treatment was 4weeks.The patients were assessed with Classification of angina pectoris in CCS,symptom and syndrome score of TCM,ECG,blood lipid,CRP and Hcy levels before and after treatment, and the safety of the whole course of treatment was monitored.Data was analysised by the SPSS 21.0.Results1.Security:In the control group, slight dizziness with nausea occurred during the treatment, and no special treatment was given to improve itself. No adverse reaction was found in the integrated Chinese and western medicine group. No significant abnormality was found in the safety indexes of the two groups.2.Effects:After 4 weeks of treatment, both groups could effectively improve the clinical symptoms and TCM syndromes of the patients. The effects of the integrated Chinese and western medicine group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).3.Single symptom integral of TCM:After 4 weeks of treatment, the symptom scores of chest pain and chest tightness decreased(P<0.05),the integrated Chinese and western medicine group is superior to the control group(P<0.05);the symptom scores of cardiopalmus, shortness of breath and exhausted decreased(P <0.05),the curative effect of the two groups is equal(P>0.05);the symptom score of spontaneous perspiration is not significant change(P>0.05).4.Blood lipid:After 4 weeks of treatment, the level of TG,TC,LDL-C in both groups decreased significantly, and the integrated Chinese and western medicine group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).5.CRP:After 4 weeks of treatment, there was no significant change in the level of CRP in the two groups(P>0.05).6.Hcy:After 4 weeks of treatment, the level of Hcy decreased in both groups(P < 0.05).The curative effect of was the same in the compared with between the integrated Chinese and western medicine group and the control group(P > 0.05).ConclusionsShen qi Fu mai Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of stable angina pectoris with qi deficiency and blood stasis for 4 weeks can improve the clinical efficacy and the safety of it is good.It had the effect of strengthening lipid reduction to a certain extent and it plays a clear role in interfering with lipid metabolism. However, the role of intervention in inflammatory response and protection of vascular endothelial cells in plaques is not clear, which needs to be further studied. |
