Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris (Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type) By Tongluo Decoction

Objective:This study mainly observed the Lu old experience prescription "Tongluojian" in the treatment of patients with stable angina pectoris(the type of qi deficiency and blood stasis),to evaluate the efficacy,explore the prescription mechanism,and to afford a new approach for the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 72 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,36 patients in every group.The control group was treated with usual western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Tongluo decoction.After 4 weeks,the TCM syndrome score,angina symptom score,hemorheology index,blood lipid level,hypersensitive C-reactive protein,electrocardiogram changes of the two groups were observed.SPSS26.0 software was used to analyze the clinical competence.Results:1.TCM syndrome score TCM efficacy: Compared the TCM syndrome score of the two groups post treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group.The total efficiency rate of the treatment group was 90.91%,and the total efficiency rate of the control group was 77.42%,with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).2.Angina symptom score: after treatment,the total effective rate of the control group was 80.65%,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.91%,the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.Blood lipid levels: post treatment,the blood lipid levels of the two groups were compared(P < 0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group,statistically significant difference.4.Hemorheology: the comparison of hemorheology between the two groups showed that the treatment group was better than the control group,and statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).5.High sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP): after treatment,the comparison of hs-CRP between the two groups showed that the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).6.Electrocardiogram: the total efficiency rate of the control group was 74.19%,the total efficiency rate of the treatment group was 87.88%,the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusions:Tongluo decoction combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of patients with stable angina pectoris(the type of qi deficiency and blood stasis)can improve clinical symptoms,reduce TCM syndrome scores,improve heart function and quality of life with significant curative effect and high safety,which provides a theoretical basis for the treatment of stable angina pectoris.
