| Objective: To analyze the influence of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)on the indexes of stable angina pectoris in Heze Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and to evaluate the clinical efficacy and therapeutic advantages of TCM for the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus of Qi deficiency and blood stasis combined with coronary heart disease(CHD).METHODS: Sixty patients with this disease were selected,half of them were randomly divided into experimental group and half were randomly divided into control group.Each index of the two groups was evaluated systematically at 4and 8 weeks after taking the medicine.RESULTS: After 4 and 8 weeks of taking medicine,fastingblood sugar and urinary microalbumin were effective in the laboratory test indexes of the two groups,and the improvement degree of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(p < 0.05).Most of the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine improved,and the degree of improvement in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(p < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Based on pathogenesis: Qi deficiency and blood stasis,the method of invigorating Qi and activating blood circulation and dredging collaterals is the basic treatment principle,which is effective.2.Jiawei Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with western medicine can effectively reduce the scores of TCM syndromes and improve objective experimental indicators in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with Qi deficiency and blood stasis and stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,which is superior to the control group. |
