Clinical Observation Of Wenyangtongmai Decoction In The Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris Of Yang Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type

Objective:In order to observe the clinical effect of Wenyangtongmai Decoction in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of Yang deficiency and blood stasis type,and to provide more ideas and methods for the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease by traditional Chinese medicine,at the same time,to provide reference for the later related research.Methods:(1)76 patients with stable angina pectoris of Yang deficiency and blood stasis type were randomly divided into two groups.(2)The treatment group was Wenyangtongmai decoction combined with western medicine routine treatment,and the control group was Western medicine routine treatment.(3)In the experiment,the symptom score of angina pectoris,the syndrome score of traditional Chinese medicine,the change of electrocardiographic effect and the change of blood lipid level were used as the main observation indexes.(4)Both groups were treated with 4 weeks as a course of treatment.Data were collected and collected for statistical analysis to judge the efficacy and safety of the two groups.Results:1.There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of gender,age distribution,duration of disease,comorbidity,angina grade and other general data(P>0.05).2.Total score and curative effect of angina pectoris: there was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05);after treatment,the total score of angina pectoris in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the total effective rate of the control group and the treatment group were 65.79% and 89.47%respectively(P <0.05).It can be considered that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the symptoms of angina pectoris.3.Total score and curative effect of TCM syndrome: there was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05);after treatment,the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the total effective rate of the control group and the treatment group were 57.90% and 86.8% respectively(P<0.05),which can be considered that the treatment group was superior to the control group in TCM syndrome improvement.4.Electrocardiographic effect: after treatment,the total effective rate of the two groups was 73.70% in the control group and 89.50% in the treatment group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of electrocardiography in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.5.Blood lipid level: there was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05);after treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group in improving TG and HDL-C,while in improving TC and LDL-C,the two groups had the same effect(P>0.05).6.In this experiment,the vital signs of the patients in the treatment group and the control group were stable.Before and after the treatment,the blood,urine,stool routine,liver and kidney function and ECG were detected in both groups,and no abnormality was found.Conclusion:In this study,Wenyangtongmai decoction was used to treat stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(yang deficiency and blood stasis type).The results showed that the clinical effect of this prescription combined with western medicine was more significant than that of Western medicine alone.Wenyangtongmai decoction has the effects of warming the heart and kidney,promoting blood circulation and unblocking Bi.It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,regulate the blood lipid level,reduce the triglyceride(TG)level of patients,and increase the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)level of patients,without obvious adverse reactions.Wenyangtongmai decoction can be used in the clinical treatment of patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(yang deficiency and blood stasis type).
