Clinical Effect Of Heying Zhitong Decoction On Early Postoperative Swelling And Pain Of Pilon Fracture

Objective:This topic is to observe the clinical efficacy of "Heying Zhitong Decoction" in the treatment of postoperative swelling and pain of Pilon fracture,so as to provide certain reference and basis for promoting the application of Heying Zhitong Decoction in the department of traumatology and clinical optimization of postoperative efficacy of Pilon fracture.Methods:Through the randomized controlled study method,60 patients who met the criteria for orthopedic treatment in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were randomly divided into the experimental group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases).All patients received conventional treatment on the day after surgery,and the experimental group took Heying Zhitong Decoction on the basis of conventional treatment.The swelling and pain of the affected limbs in the two groups were observed and compared on the 1st(operation day),3rd,5th and 7th day after operation.To evaluate the clinical effect of Heyingzhitong Decoction on early postoperative swelling and pain of Pilon fracture.SPSS 23.0 was used for statistical analysis of all data in this study,and the differences between the two groups were compared.Results:A total of 60 cases were completed in this study.There were 30 cases in experimental group and 30 cases in control group.1.There was no significant difference in gender,age,height,weight,BMI,fracture type and other general data(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference in swelling value,pain score between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05),indicating consistency between the two groups before treatment.2.On the third day after treatment,there was no significant difference in swelling value between the experimental group and the control group(P> 0.05),and no significant difference in pain score between the experimental group and the control group(P > 0.05).3.On the 5th and 7th day after treatment,there was significant difference in swelling value between the experimental group and the control group(P < 0.05),while there was no significant difference in pain score between the groups(P > 0.05).4.The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups improved after treatment,and the TCM syndrome efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Heying Zhitong Decoction combined with conventional western medicine treatment can promote swelling regression after Pilon fracture compared with simple western medicine treatment,and it is relatively safe and worthy of clinical application and promotion.
