Clinical Effect Of Heying Zhitong Decoction On The Treatment Of Scapular Fracture

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of "Heying Zhitong Decoction" in the treatment of scapular fracture after operation.Methods:30 patients who met the standard in our hospital from September2019 to February 2021 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,including 15 cases in the control group and 15 cases in the treatment group.All patients were treated with routine treatment after admission,and the treatment group was treated with Heying Zhitong Decoction on this basis.Observe the limb swelling and pain of the two groups of patients on the 3rd,5th and 15 th day after operation and the shoulder joint function on the 1st,2nd and 3rd month after operation,compare the differences between the two groups,and evaluate the clinical effect of Heying Zhitong Decoction on scapular fracture after operation.All data were analyzed and processed using SPSS 27.0.Result:1.There was no significant difference in general data such as gender and age of patients(P>0.05);2.The pain score of patients in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group on the 3rd,5th and 15 th day after operation,with significant difference(P<0.05);The swelling score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group on the 3rd and 5th day after operation(P;3.In the evaluation of shoulder joint function one month after operation,the excellent and good rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,with significant statistical significance(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between the two groups in the evaluation of shoulder joint function 2 and 3 months after operation(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of scapular fracture with Heying Zhitong Decoction combined with open reduction and internal fixation with steel plate can reduce swelling,relieve pain and facilitate the recovery of shoulder joint function.
