Objective:To analyze of the related factors to affect the results of operations of Pilon fracture,and provide scientific basis to improve operative effect.Methods:From January 2016 to October 2018,Yancheng City Of The Sixth People’s Hospital orthopaedics inpatients to confirm the diagnosis of 43 cases of Pilon fractures and in ccordance with the study inclusion criteria.After visits,record the patient’S age,gender,career income situation,injury mechanism,fracture classification,operative oppommity,quality of fracture reduction,lower limb power line recovery,postoperative function exercise,in accordance with standard postoperative Mazur ankle joint function score.To collect all the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,through statistical analysis and treatment,the recovery effect of postoperative function of Pilon fracture and its influencing factors were explored.Results:43 patients were followed up for 6 months to 1.5 years in one-way anova analysis,in accordance with the Mazur ankle score difference was statistically significant influencing factors:fracture classification,quality of fracture reduction,lower limb power line recovery,postoperative function exercise.Multivariate logistic regression analysis,the final results of the fracture classification,reset the quality of the main factors,lower limb power line recovery,postoperative function exercise.Conclusion:For Pilon fracture,fracture classification,quality of fracture reduction,lower limb power line recovery,postoperative function exercise,are the main factors affecting postoperative ankle joint function.
