In 1992,Jenkins proposed the concept of "participatory culture" to describe the process in which fans such as Star Wars re-read and retold the original text to reproduce and re-circulate meaning.Today,relying on the great progress in communication technology,participatory culture has expanded the depth and breadth of theory and practice.As the underlying operating logic of the Internet,participatory culture has become the new reality of people's life in the digital age.How the participatory culture in the digital era has changed in terms of its connotation and communication pattern,how it has influenced individual cognition and social environment,and what the characteristics of the social participatory communication practice of classic texts are,all of which need to be analyzed with the help of typical cases.This paper first focused on the overall network participation behavior,contrasted Jenkins of the era of participatory culture,and pointed out that the spread of the digital age to participate in the main body constantly generalization,participation behavior appear bias,multiplication in both the culture and the market,and more and more connections with Internet democracy and digital empowerment.Based on the new characteristics and new representations of participatory culture,this paper,combining with specific cases,selects the fans' barrage discourse of The Story of the Stone(version 87 of bilibili)as the object of the practice of participatory culture in the digital era,and makes an analysis from two aspects of content and discourse.Firstly,the content analysis method is used to classify the language of the bullet screen and summarize its characteristics and rules.Secondly,Fairclough's three-dimensional discourse analysis framework is introduced to explain the barrage discourse,and the rules,power and social factors behind the formation of discourse are revealed from the perspectives of micro text analysis,macro discourse practice analysis,hypertext ideology and social and cultural context analysis.Through the study,it is found that the text of the bullet screen in The Story of the Stone(version 87 of bilibili)follows a nonlinear narrative mode,mostly expressing personal emotions.At the same time,the combination of the “honglou style" and highly colloquial expression has formed a unique language style of barrage participation.On the level of discourse practice,the intertextuality of bullet screen text is prominent,and collage and parody are the main forms of intertextuality.On the social and cultural level,as a subculture,bullet screen discourse has the characteristics of group revelry,resistance and inclusion,etc.Because the object is the particularity of the text ——The Story of the Stone,the acceptance of bullet screen also reflects a gender power relationship.Through the study,the spread of traditional classical culture text through bilibili,can realize the purpose of use social media to expand the social influence,also has the certain communication effect,but its participatory accept will deviate from the text itself,fragmentation,entertainment,'problems such as utilitarianism,even there is a danger of deconstruction and alienation,need to be effective regulation and guidance.
