Websites' video culture industry is an important part of website culture industry. Also website video is an significant and effective means of website media during its transmission. The widespread of the internet, the coverage of Wi-Fi, the accelerated development of 4G era, the popularity of intelligent lenient mobile phone, the rapid consumption of videos and other phenomena are all telling us a fact that the era of website video has already come. Facing the fierce competition, at the beginning of 2014 some video website found a large potential commercial value behind the "barrage". Later, barrage movie, barrage TV live and the "consumption strategy of Double Twelve" of Taobao have made "barrage" a quick success. This new kind of social model through website video has attracted the attention of websites culture. In fact, websites with the function of barrage has already existed in 2007 with unique culture scenery system and is very prevalent among culture circle "ACG". Barrage video culture industry has great development potential. Therefore, related academic research has extremely significant theoretical value and practical meaning. Research on transmission of barrage video possesses great meaning for the development of culture industry. The success of barrage and relevant website in certain field has proven a new consumption route for website culture industry and even for our country's culture industry in the era of new media.The first part of this paper starts with an introduction of barrage video website through summarizing the historical development of barrage video website and defining its concept before establishing the research objective.
