In the 1990s,American scholar Jenkins proposed the concept of "text poaching" by analyzing the text appropriation and creative behavior of fan groups.Subsequently, the media technology continued to develop, and the communication environment we lived in changed quietly.Web2.0 1ed us into a new world.Social media emerged as the times require, and the enthusiasm of the masses to participate in the media communication process has continued to increase. In such an atmosphere, participatory culture has become the pronoun of the new media era.In the barrage video website, the user's autonomy has greatly improved, and it has entered all aspects of media communication, which has met the user's needs for interactive expression and participation to a certain extent.Today, with the emergence and iteration of social media in large numbers, the bilibili barrage video website has successfully "out of the circle" from a "niche" website, attracting more users' attention and love, which forces are in the "out of circle" of the bilibili barrage website.Did it work? How does it work?By focusing on the interior of the website, the author notices that user behavior within the website reflects the typical characteristics of a participatory culture. This article uses the online ethnography and interview method to study the specific situation of the subject and text inside the website. At the same time,a case analysis method is used.Taking the bilibili barrage website as an example,it has developed from a niche website to the fourth largest video website in China. Its successful "out of the circle" is of reference to other barrage websites and even other social media. The article takes a participatory culture as the theoretical background, starting with the main body and text in the website, discussing the changes in the role and practice of the main body in the website and the trend of text production,as well as the internal interaction mechanism and external forces on the bilibili barrage website.First, from the perspective of vertical and horizontal perspectives, the identity characteristics and changing trends of users in the bilibili barrage video website under the context of participatory culture are studied.Secondly, based on the analysis of the website user group, from the two aspects of text content types and production methods, analyze the trend of text production within the website. Finally,it starts with the internal interaction mechanism of the website and the intervention of external forces from the website to explain the impact of the two on the participatory media.
