Construction Of A Hierarchical Training Model For The Elderly Nursing Staff In Traditional Chinese Medicine Based On The Perspective Of Competence

Objective Based on the competency theory and adult learning theory,the author consulted domestic and foreign literature on the training of elderly care personnel.On the basis of these theories,this paper explores the construction of hierarchical training mode for nursing and elderly nursing assistants of traditional Chinese medicine,and provides a basis for standardized training and scientific management of nursing and elderly nursing talents of traditional Chinese medicine.Method 1.The expert letter questionnaire was developed by literature research method.Referred to domestic and foreign methods of old-age nursing personnel training,preliminary development of traditional Chinese medicine nursing old-age nursing staff stratified training expert questionnaire.2.Brainstorming was carried out in the research group.Members of the research group actively expressed their views on the research issues,published their suggestions on the relevant literature reviewed,and gradually improved the expert letter questionnaire.3.3.Two rounds of letter consultation were conducted for experts related to nursing education,elderly care,nursing management and clinical nursing by using Delphi expert consultation method.Eighteen experts were selected to consult on the stratified training mode of traditional Chinese medicine nursing and elderly nursing assistants,and the stratified training system of traditional Chinese medicine nursing and elderly nursing assistants was finally established according to the opinions of the experts.4.Input the results of the experts in the letter inquiry into Excel and use SPSS 23 for data analysis.The basic profile of the expert is described in terms of frequency and composition ratio.Experts’ enthusiasm and authority coefficient are respectively described by questionnaire recovery efficiency and authority coefficient CR.Kendall coordination coefficient W is used to describe the degree of coordination of experts.The degree of concentration of expert opinion was described by importance assignment,coefficient of variation(CV)and full mark rate.Results 1.After two rounds of expert letter consultation in this study,18 experts have basically the same opinions.The expert enthusiasm of the two rounds of expert letter questionnaire was 94.7% and 83.33%,and the expert authority coefficient was 0.8775 and 0.8715,respectively.The coefficient of variation of the first round of primary training mode was 0-0.236,the coefficient of variation of intermediate training mode was 0-0.132,and the coefficient of variation of advanced training mode was 0-0.159.The coefficient of variation of the second primary training mode is 0～0.155,the coefficient of variation of the intermediate training mode is 0～0.126,and the coefficient of variation of the advanced training mode is 0～0.086.The coordination degree of experts was statistically significant after testing(P<0.05).2.After two rounds of expert letter consultation,this study finally determined 3first-level indicators,11 second-level indicators and 42 third-level indicators of the training mode of primary TCM nursing elderly nursing assistants.Intermediate training mode has 3 first-level indicators,11 second-level indicators and 45 third-level indicators.The advanced training mode has 3 first-level indicators,11 second-level indicators and49 third-level indicators.Conclusion 1.The experts selected in this study have high enthusiasm,high authority coefficient and high degree of coordination,which makes the results obtained in this study authentic and reliable.2.Through the consultation of Delphi experts,the hierarchical training mode system of TCM nursing and elderly nursing assistants was established,the structure of elderly nursing resources was optimized,and human resources were allocated reasonably.It provides an operable basis for the elderly care educators in the aspects of training goal,training process and training evaluation.
