Research On The Comprehensive Evaluation Of The Core Competence Of Medical And Elderly Care Institutions

Under the background of healthy aging,with the accelerating process of aging in China,the demand of medical and nursing service for the elderly is increasing rapidly.As an important part of the elderly care service system,the development of health care combined institutions,along with opportunities such as good policy environment and huge potential customer market,also faces problems such as consumption upgrading,lack of resources and complex and diversified customer needs.In order to succeed in the development of medical and nursing institutions,they must highlight their own advantages and pay attention to the identification and cultivation of their own core competencies.The scientific evaluation of the core competence of medical and nursing institutions is conducive to such institutions to master their own core competence and know their advantages,so as to achieve better development.Based on the above reasons,this paper makes a systematic study on the core competence of medical and nursing institutions.First of all,we identify the elements of core competence of the medical and nursing institutions from the internal and external aspects.The external recognition includes the analysis of development environment and the analysis of the elderly's demand for medical and nursing service,and the internal recognition is based on the service value chain analysis of the medical and nursing institutions.In this paper,the grey statistical method is used to determine the evaluation index system of the core competence of the combination of medical and nursing institutions,the weight of the index is determined by the analytic hierarchy process,and the core competence is evaluated by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Then,the effectiveness and value of the model are verified by using the evaluation model to evaluate the core competence of the three health care institutions.Finally,from the macro and micro levels,it provides suggestions for the health care institutions to improve the core competence.
