Objectives This study explained these core competence which the ICU nurses should have when they have interprofessional collaboration whit other professions in their clinical work,and contrusted a framework of ICU nurses' interprofessional collaboration competence.And then develop it into an evaluation index system.This system can be used as a guiding tool for nursingmanagers or educators when they carry out relevant education.Methods1?Searched literature,and reviewed thecontents,and posed a theoretical understanding of IPC core competence.2?Used the semi-structure and personal in-depth interview methods of qualitative researche to construct a clinical research.3?The content analysis method was used to analyze the interview results and construct a core competenceframework of ICU nurses' interprofessional collaboration.4?The expert meeting method was used to drawn up the evaluation index system of core competence of ICU nurses' interprofessional collaboration,which based on the theoretical framework' contruction.5?Delphi method was used to revise and improve the evaluation index system of the core competence of ICU nurses' interprofessional collaboration,and then dermined the final evaluation index system.Results1?The core competence framework of ICU nurses' interprofessional collaboration includes 6 first-level indicators: patient-centered,interprofessional communication,teamwork,confict resoluion,role/ responsibility recognition,and continuous quality improvement;a total of 17 secondary indicators,including the various aspects of the required capacity in the process of interprofessional collaboration.2?After two rounds of consultation from Delphi experts,the evaluation index system of core competence of ICU nurses' interprofessional collaboration includes 6first-level indicators,15 second-level indicators,43 indicators,and the weight of each item was determined.Conclusion1?Built the core competence framework of ICU nurses' interprofessional collaboration,which provide reference for other related competence research.2?Formed a compelete evaluation index system of core competence of ICU nurses' interprofessional collaboration,which can provide a scientific theoretical basis for nursing managers and educators.
