| PurposeThis study is to establish the evaluation index system of the Nursing Discipline Core Competence, in order to classify and rank nursing discipline of high education institution, and then provide an important guidance on the future native nursing development.ObjectsTo take the nursing discipline core competence of high education institution in China as the appraisal object; To take the nursing discipline of some comprehensive university subordinated to the Ministry of Education and nursing discipline of some medical university subordinated to province as the empirical objects.Methods1. Review of literature: to index both paper and electronic publications,contrast and analyze Chinese-English literature, study relating theory and draft evaluation system.2. Method of stepwise decomposition: to construct basic framework of evaluation index system.3. Delphi method: to construct evaluation index system and determine index weight through investing authorized experts.4. Synthetical scored method: to construct synthetic judge model.5. Method of peer evaluation: to carry out qualitative evaluation.Results1. To introduce general idea of Nursing Discipline Core Competence. The nursing discipline has competitive power in strives for its superiority status. In nursing discipline competitive power's many factors, certain crucial essential factors and its mutual connection construct Nursing Discipline Core Competence. Its connotation could be understood from both theory and operation aspect.2. To decide evaluation index of the evaluation index system of the Nursing Discipline Core Competence in China.The criterion of screening indexes is that average was greater than or equal to 3.5, CV was less than or equal to 0.25, and the percentage of full marks was more than or equal to 0.20. This study is to form evaluation system through two rounds of consulting experts and combining with the advice of research group members. The evaluation system includes 5 first grade indexes, 11 second grade indexes and 24 third grade indexes. 3. To set index weight of the evaluation index system of the Nursing Discipline Core Competence in China.Index weight is set by the expert scoring. The separate weight of every index is to calculate and normalize the average of every index. Combination weight is calculated by product method. The weight of first grade indexes is 0.2135,0.2103,0.1862,0.2006 and 0.1894 respectively.4. To construct synthetic judge model of the evaluation index system of the Nursing Discipline Core Competence in China.While construction synthesis judgment model, This research has used the method of weighting, addition and multiplication. The third-level target's value uses the method of weighting to ask the weighted value; The second-level target's value uses the addition computation, the first-level target's value and the synthesis judgment value use the continued multiplication computation.
