Study On Medication Rules And Academic Thoughts Of Sichuan Wen’s Dermatology Based On The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System

Objective:Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(TCMISS),through data mining,the distribution of syndromes and medication rules in the diagnosis and treatment of Chronic Urticaria(CU)in the dermatology department of Sichuan Wen’s dermatology are summarized.It is hoped that new drug combinations and prescriptions can be explored to provide backup options for the clinical treatment of CU.The clinical experience and academic thoughts of Sichuan Wen’s dermatology department in diagnosis and treatment of the disease.Methods:1.Collect the CU cases diagnosed and treated in the outpatient department of Sichuan Wen’s dermatology Department of Pediatrics from December 2019 to September 2020.After the data is preprocessed,they are entered into the TCMISS,and 280 prescriptions are extracted,using frequency analysis,association rules,Data mining methods such as entropy cluster analysis,mining frequency of drug use,drug combination frequency,core drug pairs,syndrome distribution,association rules,drug use rules and new prescriptions,etc.2.Feedback the "New Drug Addiction Formula" to the clinic for efficacy verification.According to self-controlled studies,patients with CU(wind-heat syndrome)took "CU New Recipe " during treatment.UAS scores were performed on patients before treatment and during the first 1-4 weeks of treatment,and SPSS25.0was used to calculate the data.And finally get the effect evaluation and analysis.Results:1.Analyze the outpatient cases through TCMISS.It is concluded that the main syndromes of CU in the dermatology department of Sichuan Wen’s dermatology are 9:wind-heat syndrome,spleen deficiency syndrome,taiyang-yangming syndrome,damp-heat syndrome,three yang syndrome,blood-heat syndrome,spleen deficiency and damp turbidity syndrome,rheumatic fever syndrome and Ying-wei discord syndrome.2.The top three drugs with frequency of occurrence are: Licorice,Magnetite,and Moutan Cortex.There are a total of 27 drugs with a frequency of ≥60 times.According to the efficacy of the drugs,the drugs are mainly used for clearing away heat,tonic and anti-epidermic.3.According to the analysis of the four qi and five flavors,cold and warm drugs are used more frequently,accounting for 58.98% and 21.02%,respectively,while bitter and sweet drugs are used more frequently,accounting for 34.5% and 33.41%.The meridian of the drug involves the liver,lung,heart,kidney,spleen,stomach and other meridians.4.The top 3 combinations of the frequency of the compatibility of two drugs are:Rehmannia glutinosa and Moutan bark,Magnetite and licorice,Rehmannia glutinosa and magnet,and often combined with Bauhinia bark,Moutan bark and Fangfeng to form a three-medicine combination.According to drug association rules and entropy cluster analysis,28 core drug combinations and 13 new prescriptions have evolved.5.Feed back the "new prescription for addiction rash" in the clinical treatment of CU(wind-heat syndrome),enroll 36 patients,and actually complete the observation of 31 cases.After treatment,the number of wind masses,the scores of pruritus symptoms and the total UAS scores of the patients decreased significantly than before treatment,the total effective rate of 31 patients after treatment reached 71%.Conclusions:1."New prescription for CU" can improve the number of wind masses,the degree of pruritus and the activity of urticaria in the treatment of CU(wind-heat syndrome),and it provides an effective and referable prescription for clinical diagnosis and treatment of chronic urticaria.2.Sichuan Wen’s dermatology,represented by Professor Ai Rudi,believes that CU is always due to endowment intolerance,leading to loss of health and qi and blood stagnation,and is closely related to wind,heat,cold,dampness and deficiency.There are more clinical syndromes of wind-heat syndrome and spleen deficiency syndrome.3.In the treatment of CU,Sichuan Wen’s dermatology pays attention to strengthening the body and exorcising evil spirits.CU has a longer course of disease and complicated etiology.It is often mixed with deficiency and excess,and requires specimens to be taken into consideration.Dampness evil and spleen deficiency are mutually cause and effect,so the spleen and stomach function should always be considered during the course of the disease.Prosperity of the spleen means the vitality of qi and blood,and the rash can be cured.
