Study On Professor Cai Lin’s Medication Rule And Academic Thought In The Treatment Of Functional Diarrhea Based On Data Mining Research

Objective:The traditional Chinese medicine prescription of Professor Cai Lin in the treatment of functional diarrhea was analyzed through data mining method,and the clinical medication rules and academic ideas of Professor Cai Lin in the treatment of this disease were summarized,which promoted the inheritance and promotion of Professor Cai Lin’s advantageous experience in the treatment of functional diarrhea.Method:1.According to the case inclusion criteria,collect professor CAI Lin in December 2016 to December 2021 in December 2021,the outpatient clinic of traditional Chinese medicine prescription 297,using TCM inheritance auxiliary system software(V3.0),using the own Excel form to establish TCM prescription database,using frequency statistics,association analysis,cluster analysis,analyze the database of medicine frequency,sex and efficacy statistics Objective data such as association rules,cluster analysis and the general situation of patients;2.Through reading the classic ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine,studying the academic papers published by Professor Cai Lin,and the practice of the outpatient and inpatient department,combined with the personal interview and data analysis of Professor Cai Lin,Professor Cai Lin’s ademic thoughts on the treatment of functional diarrhea are summed up.Result:1.General information:A total of 297 patients with functional diarrhea were included in this study,including 147 men and 150 women.The sex ratio was 1:1.02.The age range was between 20 and 85 years,among which the largest number of patients were distributed between 41 and 50 years,accounting for 25.59%.2.Frequency analysis:included 297 TCM prescriptions in this study,including 141 flavors,using a total of 4878 times,among which the top ten Chinese medicine ranked in the order from high to low:poria,white,astragalus,Dangshen,platycodon,yam,sebum,firewood,ginger,flax(except licorice and jujube).The other types of use frequencies are as follows,medicinal:there are five kinds of medicine,including the first,flat,cold,hot drugs,cold medicine frequency is the last;medicinal flavor:five flavors,among which the frequency of sweet medicine is the first,spicy flavor,Second,bitter,sour drugs,heart,large intestine,bile,bladder,small intestine,three coke,pericardium in the frequency of the last seven;effect:including 16 drugs,including deficiency drugs,spleen,spleen,stomach,liver,bladder,small intestine,heart and asthma,the wet medicine,food,warm medicine,bleeding medicine,heat medicine,the medicine in the last 11.3.Clustering analysis:five drug combinations were obtained by systematic clustering analysis,the first group includes poria,whitening,Astragalus,coix seed,Radix mineral lipid,including party ginseng,whitening,firewood,licorice,and the third group of ginseng,including ginseng,whitening,firewood,flax,astragalus,lotus seed,yam,poria,and licorice.4.Association analysis:The association rule analysis was used to analyze the prescription drugs,and 35 association rules were selected and mmarized.Conclusion:1.Through frequency analysis,functional diarrhea is found in the elderly group,but there is no obvious gender difference;the common traditional Chinese medicine is Poria,whitening,astragalus,Dangshen,Platycodon grandiflorum,yam,olifat,Chai hu,ginger,and ascending anesthesia,according to the statistical results of the four gas,five flavor,efficacy,cough,asthma,etc.2.Through clustering analysis and association analysis,Professor Cai Lin concluded that the treatment of functional diarrhea was performed by invigorating spleen and clearing dampness,and also used the method of warming Yang,lifting,liver thinning,promoting lung and clearing heat.3.The academic ideas of the treatment of functional diarrhea:warm Yang and remove dampness,clearing and heat;spleen and lifting together;spleen,spleen and liver;spleen and lung;spleen and warm kidney together.
