Study On The Medication Principles And Academic Thoughts Of Professor RONG Zhen’s Treatment Of Breast Cancer Based On TCMISS

Objective: By analyzing the prescription of Professor Rong Zhen’s Treatment of Breast Cancer,the clinical experience and academic thoughts of Rong Zhen for breast cancer were summarized and inherited.Meanwhile,analysis of medication principles for Breast cancer related diseases used by Chinese ancient doctors based on Chinese Medical Code.Methods:(1)The related prescriptions of Chinese medical code for Breast cancer were collected and spss 21.0 was used for data mining.(2)Based on the modules of "primary breast cancer","breast cancer postoperative","breast cancer peri chemotherapy period" and "breast cancer periendocrine treatment period",the data of breast cancer cases treated by Rong Zhen chief physician in the past and in the course of his clinical follow-up were collected.After the naming of traditional Chinese medicine was standardized,they were recorded into TCMISS V2.0 for data mining.Specific data mining methods and analysis programs are as follows:(1)basic information of patients and frequency analysis of drug composition;(2)drug taste analysis;(3)association rule analysis;(4)cluster analysis.(3)Based on the above data mining results,to explore medication principles and academic thoughts of Professor Rong Zhen’s for the treatment of breast cancer.Results: 1.The results of the study on the medication rules of Breast cancer related diseases in the Chinese medical code: 100 prescriptions were included,involving 208 traditional Chinese medicines.The main drugs are tonic drugs,heat clearing drugs,blood activating drugs,Qi regulating drugs,surface resolving drugs,phlegm resolving drugs,cough relieving drugs,and asthma relieving drugs.Most of the drugs are bitter,sweet and acrid.The main drugs are cold,followed by warm and calm.The drugs are mainly classified into liver channel,lung channel,stomach channel,spleen channel,kidney channel and heart channel.Cluster analysis of traditional Chinese medicine which are used more than 10 times,and get the following eight categories:(1)Frankincense,Myrrh(2)Prunella spike,Tulip,Mongolian Dandelion Herb,honeysuckle Flower(3)Tangerine leaf,Fructus Trichosanthis,Fructus Forsythia(4)paeony,Saposhnikovia(5)Astragalus,ginsengand(6)Atractylodes,Poria,bupleurum,White Paeony Root(7)Cinnamon,Platycodon,Rhizoma Ligustici(8)Unripe tangerine peel,Angelica,Glycyrrhiza,Sinensis.2.The results of the study on the medication rules of primary breast cancer: 74 medical records were included in the study.The common clinical symptoms of the patients were swelling and pain of the masses,discomfort of breast tightness and distention,shortness of breath,irritability and so on.Most of them were phlegm-blood atasis syndrome 、 liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome 、 heat and toxin atagnation syndrome.There are 74 prescriptions in total,involving 255 traditional Chinese medicines,and 64 of which are used more than 10 times,among which the medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis are the main ones,following by the medicines for heat –clearing,tonifying deficiency,relieving exterior disorder,Qi-regulating.The cumulative use of these drugs reaches 80.61%.Medicines mentioned above were mainly cold,warm or even in natrue,pungent,bitter or sweet in flavours,mainly into liver meridian,spleen meridian,stomach meridian and lung meridian.481 drug combinations and 195 strong drug association rules are obtained based on association rule algorithm,11 candidate new prescriptions are obtained by clustering analysis algorithm.3.The results of the study on the medication rules of breast cancer after surgery: A total of 98 medical records were included.The common clinical symptoms of the patients were chest tightness and shortness of breath,swelling of upper limbs and radiation pain,asthenia,poor appetite,weight loss,self perspiration and so on.The main pattern type were asthenia of Qi and blood,Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,liver depression and spleen deficiency.There are 98 prescriptions in total,involving 253 traditional Chinese medicines,and 80 of which are used more than 10 times,which 81.83% of them are composed of reinforcing deficiency medicine,blood-quickening stasis-transforming medicinal,exterior-resolving medicinal,win-damp-dispelling medicinal,dampness-transforming medicinal,expectorant cough suppressant and anti-asthmatic drug,heat-clearing medicinal.Medicines mentioned above were mainly cold,warm or natrue,bitter,pungentor sweet in flavours,mainly into liver meridian,spleen meridian,lung meridian,hert meridian,kidney meridian and stomach meridian and.957 drug combinations and 52 strong drug association rules are obtained based on association rule algorithm,13 candidate new prescriptions are obtained by clustering analysis algorithm.4.The results of the study on the medication rules in the peri-chemotherapy of breast cancer: A total of 105 medical records were included.The common clinical symptoms of the patients were fatigue,weight loss,poor appetite,nausea and vomiting,abnormal stool,and poor sleep.The main pattern type were asthenia of Qi and blood,liver depression and spleen deficiency and weakness of spleen and stomach.There are 105 prescriptions in total,involving 240 traditional Chinese medicines,and 76 of which are used more than 10 times,which 78.14% of them are composed of reinforcing deficiency medicine,qi-regulating medicine,blood-quickening stasis-transforming medicinal,expectorant cough suppressant and anti-asthmatic drug,dampnesstransforming medicinal,exterior-resolving medicinal,heat-clearing medicinal.Medicines mentioned above were mainly warm,cold or in natrue,sweet,bitter or pungent in flavours,mainly into spleen meridian,liver meridian,lung meridian,kidney meridian and stomach meridian.730 drug combinations and 116 strong drug association rules are obtained based on association rule algorithm,16 candidate new prescriptions are obtained by clustering analysis algorithm.5.The results of the study on the medication rules used in the peri endocrine treatment of breast cancer: 114 medical records were received.The common clinical symptoms of the patients were breast tightness and discomfort,Fatigue,abnormal mood,fever of hands and feet,night sweat,poor sleep.The main pattern type were deficiency syndrome of both liver and kidney yin,qi-yin deficiency syndrome and spleen yang-deficiency and kidney yang-deficiency syndrome.There are 114 prescriptions in total,involving 237 traditional Chinese medicines,and 84 of which are used more than 10 times,which 83.44% of them are composed of reinforcing deficiency medicine,qi-regulating medicine,,heat-clearing medicinal,blood-quickening stasis-transforming medicinal,qi-regulating drugs,astringent medicinal,exterior-resolving medicinal and expectorant cough suppressant and antiasthmatic drug,Medicines mentioned above were mainly cold,warm or in natrue,sweet,bitter or pungent in flavours,mainly into liver meridian,spleen meridian,,lung meridian,kidney meridian and stomach meridian.1103 drug combinations and 452 strong drug association rules are obtained based on association rule algorithm,12 candidate new prescriptions are obtained by clustering analysis algorithm.Conclusion(s):1.Treatment for Breast cancer related diseases in ancient China:The therapy of tonifying deficiency and strengthening vital energy runs through the whole process of breast cancer treatment.In the early stage of the accumulation of pathogenic and toxic substances,the methods of clearing heat,cooling blood and detoxification,activating blood and qi,clearing liver and relieving depression,resolving phlegm and resolving knots were used.Drugs used in the treatment occasionally were cold,heat or toxin in nature.In the late stage of the disease,it is important to replenish qi and enrich the blood,regulating Yin and Yang.2.Rong Zhen’s experience in the treatment of breast cancer:In the treatment of primary breast cancer,the main treatment methods of breast cancer include activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,clearing away heat and toxin,soothing liver and relieving depression,regulating qi and resolving phlegm.Common basic prescriptions are Bupleurum Liver-Coursing Powder,Immortal Formula LifeGiving Beverage,Bupleurum and Gardenia Powder,Trichosanthes,Chinese Chive,and Pinellia Decoction and House of Blood Stasis-Expelling Decoction.The main methods of treatment for breast cancer after operation inclued supplementing qi and blood,promoting qi and removing blood stasis,soothing liver and strengthening spleen.Common basic prescriptions include Center-Supplementing Qi-Boosting Decoction,Chinese Angelica Blood-Supplementing Decoction,Free Wanderer Powder.During the peri chemotherapy period of breast cancer,the main treatment methods of breast cancer in the peri chemotherapy period included supplemening qi and biood,supplementing qi and marrow,soothing liver and strengthening spleen,promoting gastrointestinal and arresting vomiting.Common basic prescriptions are Yiqi shengsui Decoction,Chaishao Zhiou Decoction and Free Wanderer Powder.The main treatment methods of breast cancer in the periendocrine period include nourishing kidney and liver,replenishing the vital essence and removing heat,tonifying the spleen and kidney.Common basic prescriptions are All-the-Way-Through Brew,Bupleurum Decoction Plus Dragon Bone and Oyster Shell,Pulse-Engendering Powder,Double Supreme Pill,Right-Restoring Pill.Humor-Increasing Decoction was used for the constipation of deficiency of Yin and fluid caused by endocrine therapy.Sweet Wormwood and Turtle Shell Decoction,White-Draining Powder and Aconite Center-Rectifying Decoction were used for the constipation of Night sweat due to Yin deficiency by endocrine therapy.3..Rong Zhen ’s academic thoughts on the treatment of breast cancer: the prevention and treatment of exogenous evil of wind and cold runs through the process of syndrome differentiation and treatment of breast cancer.It is make sense to regulate the circulation of Qi and blood and support the Healthy Energy;It is emphasized to harmonize the Qi of meridians of spleen,kidney,liver and stomach.
