Study On The Medication Rule Of The Dominant Disease Of Wu Pei Heng Fu Yang Academic Thought

Objectives:By collecting,collating and analyzing the related cases of Wu Peiheng’s medical case,Fu Yang theory and clinical practice,Wu Shengyuan’s academic thought and clinical experience with Wen Tong Dafa,Fu Yang and Tianjin,"Fuyang fire Wu Rongzu national famous old doctor of traditional Chinese medicine","measles micro",etc.The rule of medicine and the characteristics of diagnosis and treatment of the dominant diseases treated by the method of Fu Yang to promote the application of the Fuyang method in the clinic are promoted,and the further development of its academic thought is strengthened.Methods:Relevant medical records were used to collect and collate the methods of combining research with data mining.First of all,the preliminary statistics of relevant medical cases,screening out the dominant disease,and then using the statistical report system of "V2.5" software of "traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance platform" software,data analysis system,the frequency analysis of medical cases,association rules analysis to summarize the rule of the dominant diseases treated by Wu’s Fu Yang method.Using the theory of traditional Chinese medicine to discuss the statistical results,combined with the academic thinking of Fu Yang,we summarized the characteristics of diagnosis and treatment of superior diseases treated by Wu’s Yang supporting therapy.Contents:Under the double screening of standard and discharge standard,243 medical cases were included in this study,including 79 cases of lung disease medical cases,45 cases of heart disease medical cases,91 cases of spleen and stomach disease medical cases and 28 cases of kidney disease medical cases.After data analysis of related medical cases,we found that the 627 times the temperature of the drugs for the treatment of lung diseases accounted for up to 62.14%,and the five drugs used for 626 times were 42.48%,and the key drugs were: Aconitum,dried ginger,asarum,Pinellia ternata,ephedra,Poria and tangerine.Asarum,rhizome of Rhizoma Pinelliae-asarum,French Banxia-asarum,French Banxia tangerine,tangerine tuckahoe,Banxia-tangerine tuckahoe,tangerine-Fuling-asarin,Fuzi-Fuling-Chen peel and ephedra-asarum,the commonly used doses of aconite are 60 ~ 100 g,and the common doses of dried ginger,French Banxia,orange peel and poria are 15 to 30 g,asarum,ephedra and ephedra.The dose is 6 ~ 10 g.The drug in the kidney system was 150 times with a temperature of 44.78%,175 times with five flavors and 33.10% for 164 times.The key drugs were aconite,Poria,and Fructus Corni.The core components were as follows: Aconitum Poria,Radix Aconiti cinnamomi,Rhizoma Aconiti Zingiber,dried ginger-Poria,Rhizoma Zingiber poria The common dose of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata is 50 ~ 100g;the common dose of Fructus Corni is 10 ~ 15g;the common dose of Poria cocos is 20 ~ 30 g.The drugs for the heart system were 289 times with 48.33% temperature and 36.36% for 320 times.The key drugs for the treatment of heart disease were Aconitum,cinnamon,cinnamon branch,raw dragon bone,raw oyster,Pinellia ternata,broiled licorice and poria.The core of the drugs included Cinnamomum cinnamomi,Aconitum Fuzi-Poria,aconite broil Glycyrrhiza,Aconitum rhizome,cassia branch,Poria cinnamon,raw oysters,raw oysters,raw oysters-oysters,raw oysters-oysters-oysters,raw oysters-oysters-Cinnamon branch,Aconitum cinnamon-tuckahoe-roasted Glycyrrhiza;the common dose of aconite is 50 ~ 100g;raw dragon bone,raw oyster,French Pinellia,Poria,licorice are 1 5 ~ 30g;the common dose of cinnamon and Pinellia ternate is 8 ~ 15 g.The drugs for the spleen and stomach diseases accounted for 598 times with the temperature of 54.22%,and the 688 times of the five flavors accounted for 41.07%.The key drugs for the diseases of the spleen and stomach system were: Aconitum,dried ginger,tangerine,wood,Poria,pinellia,clove,cinnamon,and amomum;the core compatibility was: aconite dry ginger,wood aroma,amomomomomomomum,and tangerine.Poria,pericarp-Pinellia ternata,Poria-Amomum,Fuling-Pinellia ternata,lilac-tangerine,woody-Poria-Fuling-Amomum villosum,Chen Pihua-Pinellia tuckahoe;the commonly used dose of aconite is 50 ~ 100g;the commonly used dose of dried ginger and poria is 20 ~ 30g;the common dosage of Cinnamomum cinnamomi,French Pinellia ternata,orange peel and Amomum villosum is 10 ~ 15g;Clove and wood fragrance The common dose is 6 ~ 10 g.Conclusions: 1.Wu’s method of Reinforcing Yang is used to treat the dominant diseases in five zang organs,including the four systems of lung,heart,spleen,stomach and kidney,such as cough,palpitation,stomachache and edema.Due to inadequate collection of data,liver diseases were not included in the dominant disease category.2.in the treatment of Yang deficiency Yin cold syndrome in the four system of diseases in the objective existence,in the treatment of the use of warm and warm drugs,and most of the dose is beyond the routine(for example,the maximum dose of a single use of aconitas up to 200 g,the maximum dose of a single use of dry ginger up to 150g).3.Treatment of lung disease is good at grasping the two customs of "sun" and "less Yin";Treating kidney disease to pay attention to Yuanyang,to make up "less fire";To pay attention to Fu Yang in the treatment of heart disease,and to help Yang lie in "Yang Mi Nai Gu".Treat Spleen and stomach disease,light syndrome,warm support and acquired the right,do not forget to warm up the constitution.4.Wu’s method of Reinforcing Yang was used to treat dominant diseases.When using large doses of warm drugs,special attention should be paid to the compatibility of drugs.
