Purpose This paper arranged and studied the Danxi school doctor Xu Yanchun’s "Yu Ji Wei Yi".Analyzed and studied Xu Yanchun academic thought and unique experience and cognition on medication,filling the lack of Xu Yanchun on the academic thoughts and deepening the Danxi school be more comprehensive,systematic and be profound understood,to provide a useful reference for modern clinical.Method Using the method of literature study of TCM,intensive reading the"Yu Ji Wei Yi",and read ancient documents of Chinese medicine in domestic and foreign core journals with all ages,draw extensively on the existing research results,through the related research,summed up Xu Yanchun’s academic thoughts,summarize the unique insight and understanding on medicine.Results1.Xu Yanchun’s academic thought is an important branch of Danxi theory and its development2.The characteristics of Xu Yanchun’s academic ideas:(1)Inherit all great masters,don’t mind the background(2)emphasized the holism and differentiation treatment(3)prescription3.Xu Yanchun revered Zhu Danxi and pay attention to "Neijing",the academic connotation and Danxi school can be traced to the same origin,and is compatible with previous maters.4.There are total 50 volumes of "Yu Ji Wei Yi",the disease is divided into fifty sections,it often discuss the etiology and pathogenesis in general firstly,then list the meditation according to the treatment.Quote widely,clear in argument,the clinical and practical value is very high.Conclusion Xu Yanchun is a proficient medical doctor,not only develop ancient emperor,but also pioneer and innovate,his book "Yu Ji Wei Yi" has considerable clinical value and academic value.Is an important development part of Danxi school and Xu Yanchun’s academic thought,"Yu Ji Wei Yi"expounds the etiology and pathogenesis of thought and point of view,reflected the Danxi theory of extensive influence,also reflects the Xu’s informal sectarianism and unique medical opinion,the content of the book contained in the clinical utility is high,which is worth for younger generation to study and research. |
