Hospital is an important medical service institution to treat and prevent diseases and protect people's physical and mental health.With the continuous improvement of people's living standards,the corresponding medical technology,service quality and many other requirements are becoming higher and higher.As an important part of hospital management,clinical departments make comprehensive evaluation of it,which is the key link for hospitals to promote development and strengthen core competitiveness.Comprehensive evaluation is an important research field based on statistics to realize multi-disciplinary penetration and multi-point support,and its evaluation effect is often related to the selection of evaluation methods and the determination of weight coefficient.The fuzzy hierarchical analysis method based on the combination of hierarchical analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation has been widely used in decision evaluation as one of the hot topics of comprehensive evaluation research.However,at present,there is little research on the comprehensive evaluation methods of clinical departments,and the application of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is even more rare.Therefore,this paper begins to carry out the following related research.(1)Establish the basic principles of evaluation index of clinical department,collect the initial evaluation index,and use fuzzy scoring method to screen the initial evaluation index,so as to establish the evaluation index system of clinical department of hospital;(2)Based on the shortcomings of traditional fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,such as strong subjectivity,too much computation and unreasonable evaluation results,a new method of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is proposed.First,in view of the mismatch between the index score and the actual significance,the expert authority value method is introduced to reduce the evaluation index of clinical departments to a multi-level structure,which lays the foundation for comprehensive evaluation.Second,in determining the index weight,we break the commonly used 9 scaling method and adopt the 0.9 scaling method which accords with the consistency of decision thinking,so as to construct the fuzzy consistency matrix without the consistency test and greatly reduce the calculation process.Moreover,the weight of theindex is calculated by the square root method,which satisfies the calculation speed and accuracy.Third,according to the comprehensive evaluation of clinical department experts,the concept of group median in statistics is used to carry out the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of department grade,and a relatively objective and scientific grade evaluation is obtained,which extends the new idea of comprehensive evaluation based on fuzzy hierarchical analysis.It can be seen from above that the new method based on fuzzy hierarchy analysis,from establishing evaluation index,introducing expert authority value reduction hierarchy to using 0.9 scale to establish fuzzy consistency matrix,determining index weight by square root method,and using group median to realize grade fuzzy evaluation,has a certain degree of systematicness,science and innovation.In addition,the application of this method to the comprehensive evaluation of clinical departments provides a certain reference for medical management decision-making and comprehensive evaluation methods.
