Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Chronic Epididymites （Stagnation Of Qi And Phlegm） With Ziyong Decoction

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Ziyong Decoction in the treatment of chronic epididymitis（qi stagnation and phlegm coagulation syndrome）,and to enrich the clinical therapeutic drugs.Methods: In this clinical experiment,60 patients meeting the experimental conditions were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases each.The treatment group was orally taken with self-made Ziyong Decoction,and the control group was orally taken Jisheng Juhe Pills.Both the treatment group and the control group took7 days as a course of treatment.After four courses of treatment,the pain scores,TCM syndrome score and epididymal color ultrasound results of the two groups were recorded,and the efficacy was compared by statistical methods.Results:1.During the treatment period,2 cases in the treatment group fell off,1case in the control group fell off,a total of 3 cases fell off in the two groups.A total of 57 cases completed this clinical observation,including 28 cases in the treatment group and 29 cases in the control group.2.Efficacy of TCM syndromes: 6 cases（21.4%）were cured clinically in the treatment group,17 cases were markedly effective（60.7%）,3 cases were effective（10.7%）,2 cases were ineffective（7.1%）,and the effective rate was92.9%;the control group was clinically cured 5 cases Cases（17.2%）,8 cases were markedly effective（27.6%）,9 cases were effective（31.0%）,7 cases were ineffective（24.1%）,and the effective rate was 75.9%..After statistical analysis,the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.3.Various scores: the pain scores and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly different from those before treatment（P<0.05）;the improvement of pain scores and TCM syndrome scores of the treatment group after treatment were better than the control Group,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.4.Epididymis（tail,body,head）thickness（㎝）: The difference in epididymal thickness（tail,body,head）between the two groups after treatment and before treatment was statistically significant（P<0.05）;after treatment,the epididymis in the treatment group(The improvement of the thickness of tail,body and head was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion: This clinical observation test proves that Ziya Decoction has a good clinical effect on chronic epididymitis（Qi stagnation and phlegm coagulation syndrome）,and the clinical effect is better than Jisheng Juhe Pills.It is an effective prescription for the treatment of chronic epididymitis.
