Clinical Research On Regulating Qi-flowing For Eliminating Phlegm And Xiaoying Decoction To Interfere In The Syndrome Of Qi Stagnation And Phlegm Coagulation In Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis

Purpose:To observe the clinical curative effect of regulating Qi-flowing for eliminating phlegm and Xiaoying decoction in the treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis stagnation of Qi and phlegm syndrome in TCM syndrome, thyroid function, thyroid antibody levels, thyroid volume and isthmus thickness etc, and to evaluate its safety, provide thinking and effective prescription of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis.Methods:According to the criteria for the diagnosis of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and TCM syndrome stagnation of Qi and phlegm syndrome,select clinical in accordance with the above two diagnostic criteria of 60 patients were observed.Using randomized method, the patients were divided into the control group and the treatment group.Patients in control group were treated with simple oral euthyrox treatment,treatment group on the basis of the control group treated with regulating Qi-flowing for eliminating phlegm and Xiaoying decoction orally,two groups were in 12 week course of treatment were observed.The main observation index include thyroid hormone levels(FT3,FT4,TSH),thyroid related antibodies(TGAb,TMAb),thyroid volume,isthmus thickness and the scores of TCM syndrome and evaluate its efficacy.Results:Baseline comparison,two groups of patients were selected to have no significant differences in age,gender and disease duration,which is comparable(P>0.05).1.Thyroid hormone levels:two groups of patients after treatment,group compared TSH level was significantly decreased,FT3-. FT4 levels significantly increased,and before treatment have significant difference(P<0.01),with statistical significance;comparasion between group,the treatment group FT3 and FT4 levels were remarkbly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01) and a decrease in TSH amplitude is better than control group(P<0.05),with statistical significance.2.Thyroid hormone associated antibodies:comparison of the two groups after treatment,TGAb and TMAb were significantly reduced(P<0.01),with statistical significance;between groups TGAb of treatment group significantly reduced than that of the control group(P<0.05) and TMAb decreased levels was markedly higher than that of the control group(.P<0.01),with statistical significance.3.The volume of thyroid and isthmus thickness:omparison of two groups after the treatment,the bilateral thyroid volume size and the isthmus thickness changes have significant difference(P<0.01),with statistical significance;comparison between groups in treatment group were significantly better than the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05 or P<0.01).4.The syndrome curative effect:the treatment group of 30 cases,5 cases were cured,8 cases markedly effective,16 cases effective,1 cases ineffective,the total efficiency is 96.67%;control group of 30 cases,0 cases were cured,0 cases markedly effective,9 cases effective,21 cases ineffective,the total efficiency is 30%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(.P<0.01). 5.The safety:in this test,the treatment group and the control group of two groups of patients with blood,urine and stool routine,liver and kidney function were maintained in a normal range,after no adverse reaction,have good safety.Conclusion:Regulating Qi-flowing for eliminating phlegm and Xiaoying decoction in the treatment of patients with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis stagnation of Qi and phlegm syndrome.can regulate the level of thyroid hormone and improve clinical symptoms,reduce thyroid related antibodies(TGAb, TMAb)level,reduce the size and volume of thyroid isthmus thickness.The effect is curative,safe and reliable.
