Clinical Observation Of Regulate The Flow Of Qi And Eliminate Phlegm Combined With Psychological Relieving Therapy Treating Differentiated Throid Cancer Postoperation With Syndrome Of Qi Stagnation With Phlegm Coagulation

Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of combined use of qi,phlegm and blood stasis methods and psychological counseling for patients with gas-qi stagnation syndrome after differentiated thyroid cancer surgery.Methods: Thirty-six patients with qi stagnation and qi stagnation after differentiated thyroid cancer in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western medicine were treated with the "Qiqi Huayu Fang combined psychological counseling" treatment.Take 3 months of treatment,control before and after treatment,record observation indicators(TCM syndrome score,90 symptom self-assessment scales),and compare the results before and after treatment.Results:1.Among the 36 patients with differentiated thyroid cancer after surgery,the gender distribution: 29 females,accounting for 80.6%,7 males,accounting for 19.4%,male to female ratio 1:4.1;age distribution: 18-30 years old There were 3 cases among them,accounting for 8.3%.There were 14 cases between 31 and 50 years old,accounting for 38.9%.There were 19 cases between 51 and 65 years old,and 52.8%.The distribution of pathological types: 34 cases of papillary carcinoma,accounting for94.4%,follicular carcinoma in 2 cases,accounting for 5.6%;surgery for total thyroidectomy in 14 cases,accounting for 38.9%,ipsilateral lobes and isthmus resection in 22 cases,accounting for 61.1%.2.After treatment,the total score of TCM syndromes of patients after treatment was lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The total effective rate of TCM syndrome scores after treatment was88.89%.The TCM symptom scores of the patients after treatment were significantlylower than those before the treatment,such as foreign body sensation in the pharyngeal area,breast pain in the pharyngeal area,irritability in emotional depression,loss of appetite,dispelling phlegm,mouth pain,loose stools,etc.(P<0.01).3.Before and after treatment,the patient’s SCL-90 symptoms self-evaluation scale scores compared with the norm,before the treatment SCL-90 total score,somatization,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility,horror,paranoia The scores of factors were all higher than those of the norm,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The scores of psychoticism were lower than the norm,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of somatization,obsessive-compulsive,interpersonal sensitivity,hostility,paranoia,and psychoticism were all lower than those of the norm,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment,the patient had SCL-90 total score,depression,and anxiety.And the horror score was still higher than the norm.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment,the scores of the SCL-90 Symptom Checklist for self-assessment scores were reduced compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).4.There was no obvious abnormality in the safety indicators such as blood routine,liver and kidney function,and electrocardiogram during treatment.Conclusion:From the experiment,liqi huatan fomulation combined psychological counseling can reduce TCM syndrome scores and SCL-90 symptom self-assessment scale scores of patients,safe and effective to relieve clinical symptoms of thyroid cancer,especially for the improvement of symptoms of symptoms,thereby improving thyroid cancer postoperative patient’s quality of life and psychological level.
