Observe The Clinical Effect Of Qingyin Decoction For The Treatment Of Chronic Hoarseness With Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis And Phlegm Coaulation

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Qingyin decoction in the treatment of chronic hoarseness with Qi stagnation and blood stasis and phlegm coagulation,and compare it with Jinsangsanjie capsules,to explore the therapeutic effect of Qingyin decoction in the treatment of chronic hoarseness with Qi stagnation and blood stasis and phlegm coagulation of Chinese medical science.Method:In this study,60 patients with chronic hoarseness(Syndrome of Qi stagnation and blood stasis and phlegm coagulation),who were treated in the Otolaryngology Clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from September 2020 to January 2021.60 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,30 cases in experimental group and 30 cases in control group.The experimental group took the Qingyin decoction.The control group took the Jinsangsanjie capsules.The course of treatment was based on 28 days.Recording the efficacy indexes and VHI-10 scale of the experimental group and control group on the day before treatment,on the 14 th day of treatment,on the last day of treatment,statistical analysis was performed on the data.Result:1.The total effective:The rate of the experimental group was76.67%,The rate of the control group was50.00%,there was statistical difference between experimental group and in control group.2.Among the observed clinical symptom indicators,after 14 days of treatment,there was statistical difference in hoarseness,congestion of vocal cords,dry throat and laryngeal pain between the two groups.After 28 days of treatment,there was statistical difference in other indicators except sputum.3.In the VHI-10 scale,after 14 days of treatment,there was statistical difference in P(physical)between the two groups.After 28 days of treatment,there was statistical difference in all indicators except E(emotional).Conclusion:1.The clinical effect of Qingyin decoction on the type of chronic hoarseness(Syndrome of Qi stagnation and blood stasis and phlegm coagulation)is better than that of Jinsangsanjie capsules.2.Qingyin decoction has a good curative effect,less side effects,highly safe.It is suitable for clinical application.
