Clinical Observation On Shengqing Jiangzhuo Decoction For Treatment Of Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease(Dampness-heat Syndrome)

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Shengqing Jiangzhuo Decoction in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)with dampness-heat accumulation type,and to provide new theories and methods for the treatment of NAFLD by traditional Chinese medicine.Method:Sixty patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease meeting the inclusion criteria were divided into control group and experimental group by table of random number method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group gave Huazhirogan Granule treatment,and the experimental group gave Shengqing Jiangzhuo Decoction treatment.The liver/spleen CT ratio,TCM syndromes,liver enzymology and blood lipid indexes were observed before and after treatment to evaluate the efficacy and safety,and the conclusion was drawn.Results:1.Comparison of the efficacy of liver/spleen CT ratio:the total effective rate of the experimental group was 76.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 60.00%.The total effective rate of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and there was a statistically difference in the efficacy of liver/spleen CT ratio between the two groups(P<0.05).2.Comparison of TCM syndrome efficacy and syndrome total score:the total effective rate of the experimental group was 90.00%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 76.67%.After statistical analysis,there was no statistical difference in efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the total scores of TCM syndromes in both two groups were significantly improved compared with previous treatment,and the difference was statistically significance(P<0.01);comparison between the two groups,there was no statistical difference after treatment(P>0.05).3.Comparison of liver enzymology:ALT,AST in the two groups were significantly improved compared with previous treatment,and the difference was statistically significance(P<0.01);γ-GT in the experimental group was significantly improved after treatment compared with before treatment,and the difference was statistically significance(P<0.01);γ-GT in the control group was improved after treatment compared with before,and the difference was statistically significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in ALT and AST among groups(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in γ-GT between two groups(P<0.05).4.Comparison of the efficacy of blood lipid:Comparison of blood lipid efficacy between the two groups showed that the total effective rate was 90.00%in the experimental group,and the total effective rate of the control group was 63.33%.The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistical significance after statistical analysis(P<0.05).After treatment,TG,TC and HDL-C in both groups were significantly improved compared with previous treatment,the difference was statistically significance(P<0.01).Compared between groups,except for HDL-C,TG and TC had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shengqing Jiangzhuo Decoction for the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease with dampness-heat accumulation type has a good effect in improving liver fat deposition,clinical symptoms,signs and liver function,and reduce blood lipid levels.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
