Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of Qushi Jiangzhi Decoction in treating patients with damp-heat accumulated non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, with a view to providing new ideas and methods for the treatment of this disease with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Methods:According to the treatment method,80 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into the test group and the control group,40 patients in each group, the control group was given Silibinin Capsules and the test group was given Qushi Jiangzhi Decoction, and the treatment period of both groups was 8 weeks. The TCM syndrome score, liver function(ALT,AST,GGT),blood lipids(TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C),homocysteine(Hcy),oxidative stress(MDA,SOD,GSH)levels and body mass index(BMI)were recorded before and after treatment in the two groups, respectively;the occurrence of adverse reactions during the treatment period was observed in the two groups. The data were recorded and organized, and the SPSS26.0 software was applied to them, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared and analyzed.Results:1.Comparison of general data:A total of 80 cases were included in this study,1 case was excluded from the test group,2 cases were shed from the control group, and 77 cases were actually completed. The comparison of gender, age, disease duration,TCM syndrome score, liver function, blood lipids, homocysteine, oxidative stress levels and body mass index between the two groups before treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05)and was comparable.2.After treatment, the single TCM syndrome score, total TCM syndrome score, liver function, blood lipids, homocysteine, oxidative stress levels and body mass index of patients in both groups were all improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);no adverse effects were observed during treatment.3.Comparison of TCM syndrome score:① Single TCM syndrome score:after treatment, the test group had statistically significant differences in the score of right hypochondrium and rib distension, body heaviness, abdominal fullness or pain, sticky and unpleasant stools, yellowing of body and eyes, dry mouth and bitterness, and yellow urine compared with the control group(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the score of sticky and greasy mouth compared with the control group(P>0.05).②Total TCM syndrome score:after treatment, the total TCM syndrome score of the test group were statistically different from those of the control group(P<0.05).4.Comparison of the efficacy of TCM syndrome:the total effective rate of the test group was 89.74%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 71.05%,with significant differences(P<0.0 1).5.Comparison of liver function and lipid levels:① Liver function levels:After treatment,ALT,AST and GGT in the test group were statistically different from those in the control group(P<0.05).②Lipid levels:After treatment,TC,TG and HDL-C in the test group were statistically different compared with the control group(P<0.05),while LDL-C was not statistically different compared with the control group(P>0.05).6.Comparison of homocysteine levels:After treatment, there was a statistical difference between Hcy in the test group and the control group(P<0.05).7.Comparison of oxidative stress levels:After treatment,MDA,SOD and GSH in the test group were statistically different from those in the control group(P<0.05).8.Comparison of body mass index:After treatment, the BMI of the test group was statistically different from that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Qushi Jiangzhi Decoction can improve clinical symptoms in patients with damp-heat accumulated non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.2.Qushi Jiangzhi Decoction can improve liver function, blood lipid, homocysteine, oxidative stress level and body mass index in patients with damp-heat accumulated non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.3.The efficacy of Qushi Jiangzhi Decoction in treating damp-heat accumulated non-alcoholic fatty liver disease is better than that of Silibinin Capsules.
