Objective:Observed the clinical effectiveness of using clearing heat dampness and Shuganjianpi treatment of Non-alcoholic fatty liver, and explore mechanism and the effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, and evaluate the clinical value of this treatment, and want to provide certain information and evidence of Chinese medicine treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver diseaseMethods:Select the type of compliance of damp-non-alcoholic fatty liver disease 42 cases,22 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 20, be dampness under the heat treatment group with qingzhihugan soup prepared decoction, Shuijianbi day one and decoction of Jianqu 300-400ml and taken one hour before food three times a day; Liver capsule control group (Jilin Sino Kang Pharmaceutical Co, Ltd. production, Zhunzi Z20027713) a 4 pills 3 times a day, these two groups have a course of 8 weeks. After 8 weeks, we observed the symptoms and signs of these patients before and after treatment about liver function, blood lipid changes and ultrasonography, and observed adverse drug reactions and evaluated them.Results:The total effective rate in treatment group 90.9%, control group was 75.0%, comprehensive clinical efficacy of the two groups were significantly difference (P<0.05); Symptom score compared two groups, after treatment, symptoms were improved, and effective treatment group was significantly better than the control group; Comparison of two groups of liver function, after treatment, liver function was improved to some extent, while the treatment group (P<0.01) than the control group (P<0.05); Compared two groups of lipids in the treatment group (P<0.05) significantly after treatment, the control group (P> 0.05) before and after treatment the difference was not statistically significant. Treatment group than the control group. Two groups of patients during treatment was no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion:The use of heat dampness and damp Shuganjianpi Treatment of Non-alcoholic fatty liver can significantly improve clinical symptoms and restore liver function, and reduce blood fat and the degree of fatty liver conditions and delay the progression of the disease, and improve the clinical comprehensive treatment and no obvious side effects, it is the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver is one effective method.
