Purpose: By using Rueqing Granules to treat children’s acute milk moth(lung and stomach heat type),the clinical efficacy of Ru’e Qing particles in children’s acute milk moth(lung and stomach heat type)is verified.Methods: 62 children fitting the selection criteria were selected into a treatment group(Rue Qing granules)and a control group(Lanqin oral solution)according to the sequence of pacients medical time at random.Both groups were treated for 7 days.TCM syndrome scores were recorded and noted,and observe the swelling of the two tonsils,sore throat and pus discharge.Finally,we used statistical software to perform statistical analysis of efficiency.Results: After 7 days of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.66% higher than that of the other group82.14%,it was clearly testified that the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).By comparing the scores of the two groups before and after treatment,it was indicated that both treatment schemes were effective in improving the symptoms and signs of children(P<0.05);The two treatments have significant differences in improving tonsil suppuration,fever,bad breath and urination(P>0.05),and there is no difference in other aspects.In addition,the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the suppuration of the tonsils.The treatment group was superior to the control group in shortening the time of sore throat(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ruyeqing granules have obvious curative effect on the treatment of infantile moths.It can improve the symptoms of sore throat,pharynx and secretions,fever,bad breath,stool,etc.,and shorten the time of sore throat.the children did not have allergies and other adverse reactions.
