Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Acute Milk Moth With Pecking Therapy Combined With Qingyanlihou Decoction

Object:To observe the safety and efficacy of Chinese medicine pecking therapy combined with Qingyan Lihou Decoction on acute milk moth(lung and stoma-ch heat syndrome).Methods:From December 2020 to December 2021,60 instances of acute milk moth patients were hospitalized to the Department of Otolaryngology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as study subjects.They were separated into two groups using the random number table approach,with 30 cases in the Chinese patent medicine group and 30 cases in the decoction group.The Chinese patent medicine group was treated with pecking therapy combined with Yinhuang granules,and the decoction group was treated with pecking therapy combined with Qingyanlihou Decoction according to syndrome modification.The two groups received treatment for a total of five days.The scores of the main symptoms,signs,and secondary symptoms of the two groups were compared before and after one course of treatment in order to assess the diseases therapeutic effect.Research result:After 5 days of diagnosis and treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of each group of patients were examined.Main symptoms and indicators(sore throat and dysphagia,dry and burning throat,degree of tonsil congestion,degree of tonsil hypertrophy)as well as secondary symptoms(feces,urine,and submandibular lymph nodes)were much lower after treatment than before.(P<0.01).Except for the degree of tonsillar enlargement and the degree of submandibular lymph node enlargement(P>0.05),the curative effect of the decoction group after one course of treatment was significantly better than that of the patent medicine group(P<0.01).Twelve patients in the decoction group were cured after treatment,ten cases were remarkably effective,seven cases were effective,and one case was ineffective,for a total effective rate of96.67 percent.Six patients of Chinese patent medicine group were cured after treatment,nine cases were remarkably effective,ten cases were effective,and five cases were ineffective,resulting in an overall effective rate of 83.33 percent.After statistical software analysis,Z=-2.184,P=0.029 < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The clinical curative effect of decoction group was better than that of Chinese patent medicine group.Research conclusion:1.The clinical efficacy of TCM pecking therapy combined with Qingyan Lihou Decoction on acute milk moth is obvious.2.The treatment effect of TCM pecking therapy combined with Qingyan Lihou Decoction on acute milk moth is better than that of TCM pecking therapy combined with Yinhuang granules.
