Clinical Study On Xiefeiqingwei Granules Combined With Yifu In The Treatment Of Rosacea Of Lung And Stomach Heat Typ

Objective:By observing the before-and-after changes and adverse effects of Xiefeiqingwei granules combined with Yifu(hyaluronic acid gel dressing)in the treatment of rosacea with heat in the lung and stomach,we provide clinical application basis for the promotion of Diarrhea Lung and Stomach Cleansing Granules in the treatment of rosacea with heat in the lung and stomach.Methods:Patients who came to the outpatient clinic of the Department of Dermatology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected,and these patients met the diagnosis of rosacea in Chinese and Western medicine,and were identified as Excessive Heat of Lung and Stomach type.The eligible patients were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,and the control group was treated with topical application of Yifu twice a day,while the treatment group was treated with Xiefeiqingwei granules orally for 12 weeks on top of the control group.The skin lesion scores,TCM evidence points,DLQI scores and recurrence of the disease at the time of enrollment,4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks and the safety analysis were recorded for the two groups,respectively,at the 3-month follow-up.Results:1.A total of 64 cases were enrolled in this study,2 cases were dislodged in the control group,1 case was dislodged in the treatment group,and 61 cases were completed for clinical observation.2.There was no statistical difference between the two groups before treatment in terms of gender,age,disease duration,lesion score,single lesion score,TCM evidence score and DLQI score(P>0.05),which were comparable.3.The total skin lesion score,TCM syndrome score and DLQI score decreased in both groups at 4,8 and 12 weeks after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.For individual lesion changes,the values of dryness,pruritus and capillary dilatation in the treatment group and the control group were all reduced in the intra-group comparison,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference between the groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);for the improvement of paroxysmal flushing,the values were reduced in both groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference between the two groups before enrollment and at week 4 was not For the improvement of papules and erythema,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05)at week 4,week 8 and week 12.5.At 12 weeks,the control group had a treatment efficiency of 60%and a significant efficiency of 10%,while the treatment group had an efficiency of 9 0.3%and a significant efficiency of 60%,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).6.There was no statistically significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups at 3-month follow-up after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Xiefeiqingwei granules combined with Yifu(hyaluronic acid gel dressing)is more effective than hyaluronic acid gel dressing alone in improving the treatment of erythema,flushing and papules in rosacea with excessive heat of Lungand Stomach type.2.Xiefeiqingwei granules have good clinical effects and safety and are suitable for clinical promotion.
