Clinical Study On Treatment Of Infantile Rotten Moth With Lung Stomach And Heat Syndrome By Clearing Heat And Removing Heat

Purpose:By Objectively evaluate the changes of symptoms such as disease curative effect,TCM syndrome effect and sore throat,tonsil swollen congestion and suppuration by using the method of clearing heat and clearing phlegm.Its effectiveness,in order to reduce the use of antibiotics,optimize the Chinese medicine treatment program for children with rotten moths to provide reference.Methods:A total of 60 children who were diagnosed according to the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria of the children’s rotten moth(pulmonary stomach and heat syndrome)were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,30 cases,the experimental group was treated with self-made Chinese medicine formula granules,and the control group was treated with antibiotics.For a total of 5 days of treatment.By comparing the change of symptom scores before treatment,3 days after treatment and 5 days after treatment,the effectiveness of clearing and diathering and heat-passing method in treating children with rotten moth(pulmonary stomach heat syndrome)was evaluated.Results:(1)In terms of disease efficacy,the total effective rate of the test group was 93.30%3 days after treatment,and the total effective rate of the control group was 83.30%,suggesting that the total effective rate of the test group was higher than that of the control group 3 days after treatment;The total effective rate of the day test group was 100%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 100%,suggesting that the total effective rate of the test group was not significantly different from the control group 5 days after the treatment.(2)In terms of TCM syndrome scores,the efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group 3 days after treatment and 5 days after treatment(P<0.05).(3)In the improvement of sore throat,cough and second stool symptoms,the treatment effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(4)In the laboratory examination,the blood test of the experimental group and the control group after the treatment showed that the white blood cell values and C-reactive protein values gradually returned to normal,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of "clearing and clearing heat-passing method" to treat children’s rotten moth(lung stomach and heat syndrome)has a significant effect on the improvement of the curative effect,TCM syndrome effect and sore throat,tonsil enlargement,suppuration and other symptoms.The use of antibiotics provides a reference for optimizing the Chinese medicine treatment plan for children with rotten moth.
