Clinical Observation Of Decoction For Decoction Of Decoction For Removing Flowers In Treatment Of Late Menstruation

Objective and Methods:To observe the clinical effect of Decoction for Decoction of Decoction on blood deficiency syndrome of late menstruation,the clinical trial design method of randomized parallel control group in this paper,Taking the outpatient diagnosis of gynecology and obstetrics diagnosis and treatment center of Changchun University of traditional Chinese Medicine as the research object,72 patients were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the visiting time.Each group has 36 cases.In the actual observation,the treatment group did not take the medicine to fall off 1 case according to the experiment request,the control group fell off 3 cases,therefore the actual treatment group observed 35 cases,the control group observed 33 cases.The treatment group was given Decoction of Decoction for Removing Flowers oral treatment,and the control group was given Nv Jin tablet oral treatment.SPSS19.0 statistical software was used to analyze the observation results.Results:The data obtained after the clinical observation of the two groups were statistically analyzed and concluded that the total score of the treatment group and the control group decreased significantly,and the P before and after treatment in the group was P=0.00,the P between the groups was P=0.013,both P<0.05 showed that the two groups had significant curative effect on the late menstrual period of blood deficiency syndrome,and the curative effect of Decoction of Decoction for Removing Flowers was better than that of Nv Jin tablet;The menstrual cycle P=0.037,menstrual volume P=0.038,menstrual P=0.046,dizziness P=0.042,complexion wilting P=0.038,insomnia palpitation P=0.038,abdominal pain P=0.031,all P<0.05,has the statistical difference,indicated that both groups can obviously improve the blood deficiency syndrome late menstrual period each symptom,and Decoction of Decoction for Removing Flowers to each symptom curative effect is superior to the control group Nv Jin tablet;Evaluation of comprehensive efficacy after treatment,10 recure patients in the treatment group(28.57%),14 excellence(40%),6 valid(17.14%),Invalid 5(14.29%),Total effective rate is 85.71%,4 recure patients(12.12%),9 excellence(27.27%),effective 13(39.39%),Invalid 7(21.21%),The total effective rate is 78.79%,The P between the two groups was P=0.026<0.05,It shows that the comprehensive effect of Decoction of Decoction for Removing Flowers on blood deficiency syndrome is better than that of Nv Jin tablet.Conclusion:Through the comparison and summary of the difference before and after,it can be seen that the blood deficiency syndrome with Decoction of Decoction for Removing Flowers has a good curative effect and no adverse reactions have been found at present,so it is worth expanding the use in clinic.
