Clinical Observation On Treating Late Menstruation(Liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency Syndrome) With Self-made Scheduled Decoction

Objective: To observe 72 cases of ovulation-type menstrual period through clinical observation,to explore the characteristics of pathogenesis in the later period,and to observe the clinical effect of Ruzhi Decoction on the treatment of liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome in the later period of menstruation.Multiple clinical references.Methods: During the period from December 2018 to December 2019,72 patients who met the eligibility criteria of the Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital of Gynecology were randomly divided into a female gold tablet control group and a soup addition and subtraction treatment group as scheduled.Due to multiple factors,the two groups fell off in 2 cases.In the end,34 cases in the Tang group and 34 cases in the female gold film group were finally on schedule.Treatment group: self-made decoction as scheduled(Ligustrum lucidum,Cuscuta chinensis,Shayuanzi,Lycium barbarum,Mulberry,Epimedium,Huang Jing Jing,Coix seed,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Bupleurum,Motherwort,Achyranthes,plantain,Zelan,Peach kernel,Xiangfu,Helianthus sinensis Licorice)treatment,medication method: decoction,take 300 ml juice,one dose daily,warm each morning and evening,start taking after menstruation,and even take 3 weeks is a course of treatment,continuous treatment for 3 menstrual cycles.The control group was treated with female gold tablets.The method of medication: 4 tablets per time,orally twice a day.It was started after menstruation and continued for 3 weeks.Both groups were treated continuously for 3menstrual cycles.The two groups of patients have regular rest and diet while taking the medicine,do not eat spicy and irritating food,and do not take other drugs.After the follow-up,comprehensively evaluate the clinical effect of the self-designed Ruzhi Decoction to verify the clinical effect of the self-designed Ruzhi Decoction on the late menstruation(liver-kidney-yin deficiency syndrome).Results: Analysis of clinical symptoms and efficacy: There were 34 patients with scheduled decoction,of which 5 were ineffective,4 were cured,17 were markedly effective,and 8 were effective.The total effective rate was 85.29%,the cure rate was 11.76%,theeffective rate was 50%,and the effective rate was 23.53.%,Inefficient 14.71%.There were 8patients who were ineffective in the female gold film group,1 case was cured,5 cases were markedly effective,and 20 cases were effective,a total of 34 cases,with a total effective rate of 76.47%,a cure rate of 2.9%,a marked efficiency of 14.71%,an effective rate of 58.82%,and no efficiency.23.53%.The total effective rate between the two groups was P <0.05,and the curative effect was different.From this,it can be proved that the self-made Rutang Decoction has obvious treatment effect on this disease syndrome,and it is worth popularizing.Conclusion: According to the comparison of the experimental results,it is found that the treatment group and the control group both have a good effect in the treatment of late menstruation(liver-kidney-yin deficiency syndrome),but the self-made Rutang decoction is better than the female gold tablet.It was found that adverse events occurred in the treatment group,which is worthy of popularization and application in the clinic.
