Objective: This study aims to investigate the clinical effect of Yingqi Tang on 72 patients with late menstrual period(liver stagnation and kidney deficiency syndrome),with Dingkun Dan as the control group to compare the changes in menstrual cycle and symptoms before and after treatment,in order to provide a basis and new treatment methods for late menstrual period treatment, and to clarify that traditional Chinese medicine is a feasible medical plan. Methods: 72 patients who met the observation criteria at the Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups: the Dingkundan group and the Yingqi Tang group for observation.Due to the limitations of the clinical research conditions required for this project,2 cases were lost in both groups, and the actual statistics for both groups were 34 cases. The treatment group was treated with the self-made formula Yingqi Tang, while the control group was treated with Dingkun Dan.Two groups of patients are required to start taking medication after menstruation, taking it for three weeks, continuously taking it for three menstrual cycles, stopping the medication and following up for one month.During this period, they should have a light diet, combine work and rest, and not use other medications.Regularly follow up to observe the clinical effect of using self-designed Yingqi Tang to treat late menstrual period(liver depression and kidney deficiency syndrome). Results: The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were88.2% and 82.4%,respectively.In the Yingqi Tang group,6 cases were cured,13 cases were significantly improved,11 cases were effective, and 4 cases were ineffective. In the Dingkundan group,4 cases were cured,3 cases were significantly improved,21 cases were effective, and 6 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate of the Yingqi Tang group is higher than that of the Dingkundan group(P<0.05).In terms of improving the primary and secondary symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, the treatment group showed better treatment effects than the control group, especially in terms of menstrual cycle, menstrual volume, menstrual color, breast swelling and pain, lumbosacral pain, dizziness, tinnitus,or deafness(P<0.05);There was no significant difference(P>0.05)in terms of apathy, chest tightness, and dark complexion, indicating that the treatment effects of the two groups were equivalent. Conclusion: Based on the results of the experiment, compared with the treatment of late menstrual period(liver stagnation and kidney deficiency syndrome),it can be concluded that the efficacy of the self-made Yingqi Tang is better than Dingkun Dan,which can effectively treat this disease. Moreover, there were no adverse events during the entire experimental process, which has good promotion value and can be widely applied. |
