Clinical Research Of Erzhi Dihuang Decoction In Treating Early Menstruation Of Yin Deficiency And Blood Fever Type Based On Theory Of Yin Growth After Menstruation

Objective:By observing the effects of adjusted Erzhi Dihuang Decoction on menstrual situation,TCM syndromes,sex hormone levels,anti-mullerian hormone levels and basal body temperature curves of premenstrual patients with Yin deficiency and blood heat caused by decreased ovarian reserve function,based on the theory of Yin lengthness in the late period,the clinical effect of Erzhi Dihuang decoction on premenstruation of Yin deficiency and blood heat type and the mechanism of action on the decline of ovarian reserve function were discussed,so as to provide a new idea for the clinical prevention and treatment of the decline of ovarian reserve function and irregular menstruation.Methods:A total of 56 premenstrual patients with Yin deficiency and blood heat caused by decreased ovarian reserve function were randomly divided into treatment group(n=28)and control group(n=28).And Erzhi Dihuang Decoction and Kuntai Capsules were treated respectively.After 3 menstrual cycles,Total efficacy,menstruation,TCM syndrome score,AMH,FSH,LH,E2 and FSH/LH ratio levels,BBT curve changes and safety indexes were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in age,course of disease,menstruation,TCM syndrome score,AMH,FSH,LH,E2,FSH/LH ratio and BBT curve changes between the two groups(P>0.05),and all of them were comparable.1.In terms of overall efficacy:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.29%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 62.96%,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).It is suggested that Erzhi Dihuang Decoction is more effective in treating premenstrual period caused by Yin deficiency and blood heat caused by DOR.2.1n terms of menstruation and TCM syndromes:After treatment,menstruation and TCM syndromes were improved in the two groups(P<0.05),and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05),suggesting that the addition and subtraction of Erzhi Dihuang Decoction can significantly improve TCM syndromes and menstruation in patients.3.In terms of Sex hormone:After treatment,FSH and E2were significantly improved in both groups(P<0.05),and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).LH was improved in both groups(P<0.05),but there was no difference between the two groups(P>0.05).FSH/LH was improved in the treatment group(P<0.05),but there was no difference in FSH/LH in the control group(P>0.05),and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).It indicates that the effect of Erzhi Dihuang Decoction is better than Kuntai Capsule in reducing the level of FSH,increasing the level of E2 and improving the ratio of FSH/LH,but it has the same effect as Kuntai Capsule in improving the level of LH.4.In terms of AMH:After treatment,there was no significant improvement in AMH in the two groups(P>0.05),and there was no difference between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that the addition and subtraction of Erzhi Dihuang Decoction and Kuntai Capsule had the same efficacy in improving AMH level.5.1n terms of BBT:After treatment,the number of BBT cases in both groups increased,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05),indicating that the effect of addition and subtraction of Erzhi Dihuang Decoction on improving BBT was better than Kuntai Capsule.6.In terms of safety:During the trial,no adverse reactions occurred to the subjects in the two groups,and no abnormal manifestations were found in liver and kidney function and other safety indicators before and after treatment.Conclusion:The research results showed that,based on the theory of Yin length in the late menstrual period,the addition and reduction of Erzhi Dihuang Decoction in the treatment of menstrual premenstruation caused by Yin deficiency and blood heat caused by DOR could significantly improve the clinical symptoms and laboratory test results,effectively restore ovarian reserve function and impel menstruation to come on time.At the same time,the study subjects did not have any adverse reactions during the treatment,indicating that the addition and subtraction of Erzhi Dihuang Decoction in the treatment of this disease is safe and reliable.
