Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Late Menstruation(Liver Qi Deficiency And Kidney Deficiency Syndrome)by Regulating Liver Soup Combined With Siwu Decoction And Reducing Combined Acupuncture Method

Objective: To study the liver Decoction and Siwu Decoction Combined with acupuncture treatment of menstruation(liver and kidney deficiency syndrome),and through clinical observation and analysis were carried out preliminarily,for menstruation(liver and kidney deficiency syndrome)patients to provide a new way of treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,but also provide a strong basis for the reform of Chinese medicine.Methods: This study was designed to observe 60 cases,in order to prevent cases,on the basis of the observed increase in 20% cases,the patients were observed in 72 cases,were randomly assigned to participate in the experiment,the average patients were assigned to two experimental groups,one group was the treatment group,another group as control group,were for 36 cases.The subjects are from the first clinical hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine gynecological clinic or at the hospital were examined and screened by preliminary time range,screened in 2017 01 to 2018 01 months of outpatient therapy or a total of 72 patients,and all conform to menstruation diagnosis and inclusion criteria.In order to be able to obtain the experimental results more intuitively,the study was divided into two groups for treatment.The two groups were treated with the decoction of regulating liver and Siwu Decoction,and the treatment group had a acupuncture treatment step more than the control group.In addition to the acupuncture treatment part,two groups of patients participating in the experiment began taking medicine after menstruation,need to take 21 consecutive days,every day a pair of experimental tailored arrangements for decocting medicinal herbs,taking two times a day,when the menstrual cramps,you need to stop taking after the end of menstruation,after menstruation continued to take two.Groups were treated for 3 months.In addition,the treatment group during the treatment of needle puncture in the lateral decubitus position,the patient,acupoint routine disinfection,0.25*40mm Hua Tuo brand stainless steel needle by needle,to stab the right points,each point left 20-30 minute,The patients in the treatment group received acupuncture treatment every other day,ten times per month,and stopped acupuncture during menstrual period..But every day just Acupuncture Acupuncture once,21 consecutive menstrual cramps,stayfoolish need to wait for the end of menstruation before acupuncture treatment.During the experimental period,all the patients did not take any other drugs.The two groups were divided into two groups before and after treatment.The clinical efficacy was evaluated by SPSS21.0 statistical analysis software.Results: after the end of the two groups,there were 34 cases in the treatment group,13 cases were cured,the cure rate was 38.24%,10 cases were markedly effective,accounting for 29.41%,effective 4 cases were 11.76%,invalid 7 cases accounted for 20.59%,and the total effective rate was 79.41%.A total of 35 cases in the treatment group,5cases were cured,the cure rate was 14.29%,8 cases markedly effective,accounting for 22.86%,effective 11 cases,accounting for 31.43%,invalid 11 cases,31.43%,and the total effective rate was 68.57%.The cure rate of two groups of experimental patients showed that these two treatment methods played a good therapeutic role for patients with liver depression and kidney deficiency syndrome in the late stage of menstruation,but the treatment group had a large number of cured cases,indicating that acupuncture treatment had a certain role in promoting treatment.The difference between the two groups of patients is significant,statistically significant,indicating that for the treatment of late menstrual period(liver depression and kidney deficiency),besides the use of tigg Decoction and Siwu Decoction,it can also be treated with acupuncture.The two modes of joint treatment are better.Conclusion: the clinical study results,curative effect of tiaogan Decoction and Siwu Decoction collocation acupuncture treatment of liver and kidney deficiency type menstruation is more significant,and no other obvious adverse reaction,high safety,worthy of promotion in clinical treatment of menstruation.
