The Clinical Research Of Zhiqi Decoction In Treating Delayed Menstruation With Symptoms Of Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency That Result From Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome

Objective: In recent years,with the changes of social concepts,living environment and work pressure,combined with women’s unique physiological sensitivity,the incidence of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)in the late menstrual period is on the rise,which seriously disturbs women’s physical and mental health.This topic observes the clinical effect of Zijie Yin on the late menstrual period(spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome)caused by polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS),in order to explore a traditional Chinese medicine idea for the diagnosis and treatment of the late menstrual period(spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome)caused by polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods:Seventy-two out-patients of gynecology department of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine who met the inclusion criteria were divided into Yulin capsule control group and expired drink plus or minus treatment group.There were 3abscission cases in both groups due to multiple factors,and 33 cases in the final drinking group and Yulin capsule group.On the 7th day of menstrual period,the patients began to take flushing medicine,combined with the method of regulating the cycle of traditional Chinese medicine,for 20 days,and insisted on three courses of treatment.After follow-up,the clinical effect of self-prescribed Zhizhi Yin was evaluated comprehensively to verify the clinical effect of self-prescribed Zhizhi Yin on late menstruation(spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome).Results: Analysis of clinical symptoms and curative effect: There were 33 cases in the group of expired drinking,of which 4 cases were ineffective,8 cases were effective,6 cases were cured and 15 cases were markedly effective.The total effective rate was 87.88%.The cure rate was 18.18%.The marked efficiency was 45.45%.The effective rate was 24.24%.The ineffective rate was 12.12%.In Yulin capsule group,9 cases were ineffective,9 cases were markedly effective,3 cases were cured and 12 cases were effective,totally 33 cases.The total effective rate was 72.73%,the cure rate was 9.09%,the effective rate was 36.36%,the marked efficiency was 27.27%,and the inefficiency was 27.27%.The total effective rate between the two groups was P < 0.05,and the curative effect was different.Therefore,it can be concluded that the treatment effect of self-prescribed and expired drinks on this disease is obvious,and it is worth popularizing.Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of self-made Zhishi Yin on late menstrual period(spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome)caused by polycystic ovary syndrome is better than Yulin capsule,which is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
