Cervical cancer has been a serious threat to women’s health over the past few decades. Most cervical cancers are caused by high-risk HPV(human papilloma virus).Because of the high incidence and susceptibility of the disease, when the HPV nine-valent vaccine, which can prevent 90% of cervical cancer, was launched,it is not difficult to imagine the hot response caused by society. With the continuous upsurge of cervical cancer vaccination on the mainland, exploring the influencing factors of people’s willingness to vaccinate has also become a hot topic for scholars to discuss.Whether it is considered from a practical perspective or discussed at the academic level,it is one of the effective ways that researchers think that they can try to change people’s inherent thinking about things.Based on the social reality and the present condition of the domestic related research, this study used the comprehensive behavior of theoretical model(IBM)is a foreign scholars based on the theory of planned behavior(TPB)model is more comprehensive, integrated theory model of development, new knowledge, social environment constraints,IBM model variables such as the habit, further through strict theoretical perspective to study human behavior. In order to better build a model framework suitable for this research, this paper tried to understand the thinking and selection methods of the post-90 s youth. This research adopts an empirical research method that combines qualitative and quantitative methods.Through literature analysis, participatory observation, online in-depth interviews, and questionnaires, questionnaires are added.Based on the comprehensive behavior model, social media influence factors are added to design in the Chinese context. The scale of people’s willingness to vaccinate. In terms of questionnaires,a total of 362 valid scale questionnaires were issued, and participatory observations were conducted in multiple Douban groups and different We Chat communication groups. At the same time,7 users with different identity backgrounds were interviewed andexchanged.Theories were based on social cognitive theory.Interpretation,in-depth explanation of the behavioral factors of the research object. Finally, the data were analyzed and processed through statistical methods such as correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis.Combined with the interview content of the interviewers,in-depth research was conducted on how young people view the HPV vaccine and the influence mechanism of vaccination willingness. The results show that attitudes, norms of perception, individual activity, and healthy habits all have a positive effect on vaccination willingness.Among them, the newly-added social media norms and social media control latitude also have significant positive correlations with people’s willingness to vaccinate. In demographics, there are differences between factors such as gender, occupation, education level, income, and behavioral intentions. In addition, the author also distinguishes between groups with high and low levels of HPV knowledge, compares the differences between the two groups, and provides explanatory support for exploring the differences between different groups.
